Positive: Close to everything, nice views, comfortable lounge area, lots of spaces to relax. Great for groups.
Negative: The kingbed needs replacing, it has a strange broken mattess along the entire side of the bed, which makes the bed not fully sleep space worthy and difficult to sit on the side. The downstairs toilet seat is broken, and others were loose. Info on the website stated “coffee” but there was none. No rail on the outside front steps.

Positive: Beautiful retreat. The gowns were so fluffy and the beds so comfortable. Location excellent 👌 Such a peaceful and relaxing environment. Will be back.
Negative: No shade on rooftop area.

Erin's place is in such a convenient location in the centre of town. Really well-equipped and bonus of two carparks! Only downside is that we didn't get to use the great outdoor area as it rained all weekend! Would definitely return

The house was spacious and comfortable, and we felt at home for the entire week that we stayed. The gardens might not be everyone's cup of tea and aren't "useable" as such, but we found them to be amazing - especially when lit up at night. We'd gladly staying here again

Positive: Great location. Big house. Comfy beds. Lots of utensils in big kitchen, everything you need for a family holiday.
Negative: BBQ dirty, couldn't use it. Untidy backyard not well maintained.
