Casa di Mare was the perfect holiday home for our coastal getaway. Just steps from Orion and Barfleur Beaches, this beautifully renovated three-bedroom home was stylish, comfortable and ideal for our group. The beds and linens were luxurious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the sun-drenched balcony for morning coffee and sunset drinks, with stunning beach views. The location was unbeatable — close to paddleboarding, kayaking, biking, and great walks around Vincentia and Booderee National Park. A fantastic stay overall. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great two night stay in Kings Beach. The accommodation is in a small secure unit block and is well appointed and styled. The property is located in an excellent position which allows you to walk to a range of local restaurants, coffee shops, the Kings Beach Surf Club and the beach. Emily from the Belle Property Escapes team was our main point of contact and she was amazing from the moment we booked. We’ll definitely be back

Fantastic if you have a boat. Lovely place, close to everything and we loved that we could moar the boats out the back. Negative: The place is beautiful but was a bit cold as not much sun, we had to have the heater on most of the time.

The location was absolutely stunning and right on the beach. Good parking and very easily accessible. Erin gave really clear instructions and was very helpful too. The house itself was lovely with a nice open plan living area with good size bedrooms all round and the pool area was nice and private!

Fantastic location in the heart of Kings Beach. A couple min walk to the beach and sea water pool. Close to cafes and parks and playgrounds. The apartment building is brand new and as such everything inside is new! Everything you could needs for a holiday was provided so we had a great 5 days and look forward to staying again! Thanks to Emily from Belle who was super responsive and very friendly and helpful.

This is a really lovely apartment - quiet with lovely views and only grass between you and the beach. There are three nice pools, lovely restaurants close by and the apartment is well fitted out with everything for a very comfortable stay

Unreal place, had a lovely time

Beautiful home was in pristine condition. Everything was so clean and fresh. The location was perfect for our family holiday. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out. We loved the large round dining table and spent many evening hours sitting there playing games. Close easy walk to a gorgeous stretch of beach that was mostly empty. The pool was great, loved that it was lit at night. Lots of places to eat and explore all within walking distance. We were even able to walk to the next beach south. Very peaceful and safe feeling area.

A charming and peaceful Byron Bay escape. Frangipani Cottage was the perfect little getaway! The cottage was beautifully presented, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the peaceful garden setting while still being so close to town and the beach. Erin was a wonderful host — responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment was well situated with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay.

The house is a lovely space that’s perfect for a trip away with friends, the location is right beside the beach and 25 minute walk to the town. The communication from the owner/manager was perfect and they gave us an early check in / late check out upon request.

Perfect family home! Great house for a large family. Walk to beach, restaurants. Neat and clean.
