Amazing house in a stunning location, close to shops. Perfect.

My extended family and I stayed at Erin's place recently and had a lovely time. The house was very comfortable with great bedding and lots of extra blankets and pillows. There were nice amenities in the bathrooms and laundry and basics provided jn the kitchen. There is a Weber BBQ outside which we used and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans/air fryer/sandwich toaster etc. We couldn't work out exactly which garage we were able to use but it was easy enough to park on the street.

A wonderful place to stay: - comfortable and spacious - great set up to accommodate different ages and activity preferences - all that was needed to cook and provide for family - easy access to beach and other facilities - well fenced secure yard - appreciated the quiet neighbourhood Thank you.

We’ve stayed in Byron many times and this was hands down our favourite property. Stylish, spacious, and so close to town. Erin was exceptional — fast communication, thoughtful touches, and clear pride in her role as host.

Great location. Quiet at night and has very comfortable beds. Equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all the amenities needed. Unfortunately, the balcony is not really usable as the air-conditioning unit it on it and blows out hot air. Also the living area is quite dark

We really enjoyed our stay!! Very comfortable beds and awesome view from balcony!!!! Positive: Clean and great location! Negative: Water coming out from shower head was a little weak  

Aaruna is a spectacular home, easy walk to the beach even for young kids, we parked the car at the start of the weekend and didn’t use it once, coffee shops, Coles everything a short walk away. The house itself was super spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for a beach getaway

Fantastic location in the heart of Kings Beach. A couple min walk to the beach and sea water pool. Close to cafes and parks and playgrounds. The apartment building is brand new and as such everything inside is new! Everything you could needs for a holiday was provided so we had a great 5 days and look forward to staying again! Thanks to Emily from Belle who was super responsive and very friendly and helpful.

Our group really enjoyed our stay. Accommodation had lots of little amenities that made the stay hassle free. Lovely home and well suited to our bigger group that needed lots of beds.

Perfect, large, walking distance to everything

The apartment was outstanding with everything thing needed to enjoy the stay. Everything was as described. Prime view of the river from balcony and the private rooftop was something else. Unbelievable spot for relaxing with the spa, bbq, fudge, tv and comfortable lounge. Very hard to leave the place after staying a couple days. It’s definitely at the top of the list of places I’ve stayed. Well done guys

The house is nicely located, across from bush and walking tracks with friendly neighbours. It’s large and has lots of space for a big group. Bathroom very clean. Unfortunately other aspects of the house were very dirty. The lounge furniture was stained, the pool dirty, bbq unusably dirty and pots and cutlery (in cutlery drawer) very dirty with dried food. We had to clean the pool before use and wash pots and cutlery before use which was very disappointing. This didn’t match expectations nor the effort of the landlord to otherwise make the home comfortable and well presented. The managing agent did reimburse the cleaning fee following complaint.

Definitely recommended to be part of the Broome experience. A paradise in a house.

If you're looking for somewhere quiet to stay then this is the place for you. Belle Escapes, located in Yorkeys Knob is peaceful. I can honestly say, being in a ground floor unit, that we didn't hear anyone else living in the units around us, no traffic or crowds. Across the road from the beach and the pool just outside the balcony. Beach towels were provided. The unit had everything we needed. I also loved the unit floor plan - the bedrooms and bathrooms were not sharing a wall. And the best bonus was the recliner massage lounges - just so relaxing after a long day sightseeing. Thank you so much for our stay. Highly recommend.

Positive: Well-designed house in a great location - proximity to beach, quiet residential area but not too far from shops and restaurants. Different zones within house and garden for large groups to spread out in. Really comfortable beds. Problem with broken door lock sorted very promptly. Negative: Not enough towels, toilet rolls and everyday cleaning products. Garden maintenance turned up really early twice in one week.

The house feels like a high-end retreat, with beautiful finishes and a calming energy throughout. Location is unbeatable. Erin’s attention to detail and warm welcome made it all the more special.
