Was a nice property and well furnished. Short stroll to the beach and cafes. Highly recommend.

This first floor apartment is part of a fairly small, quiet "resort" with a nice tropical garden and a nice heated pool. It is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach with a nice little outdoor cafe across the road. My partner and I found it spacious but it may feel less spacious if more people were staying there. Antje was very responsive when a problem arose: the hot water stopped one night but was repaired first thing the next morning

Positive: Unbeatable location in the middle of the village. We loved the direct access to the square (and shops/restaurants/pub) from the property. Views of the mountains from the window. Layout and configuration is great too. Love the mud room where you could hang coats and keep shoes in. Bathroom was fabulous- clean, modern and large. Great they the added sliding doors to separate the bed and living space - very clever. Excellent amount of storage space. Easy check in process. Negative: The sofa bed needs fixing/replacing. Access to the carpark was slightly challenging but quite spacious once in there. Can't fault anything else.

Warm, clean, good location. Better arrival instructions for the unit location. Key lock was worn and it took us 10 minutes to unlock

This was a lovely place to stay. Very peaceful and a lovely beach to walk on.

Unit 4 was very well situated being close to beach, surf Club and shops as well as bus stop to allow visitors to access Noosa without worrying about parking. Complex is not large and well maintained and unit 4 has great views up the beach of Coolum.

A charming and peaceful Byron Bay escape. Frangipani Cottage was the perfect little getaway! The cottage was beautifully presented, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the peaceful garden setting while still being so close to town and the beach. Erin was a wonderful host — responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location, perfect view! The location was perfect! Great facilities in the room.

We had four nights at Jasper 1. It was early spring so the area wasn't as busy as you would expect and we had an all round peaceful and comfy stay. The bed linen was crisp and clean, beds a bit firm, but I wouldn't mark the place down for it! Only my opinion. We enjoyed some great days skiing at Perisher, and coming home to Jasper 1 where it was warm and cosy was great. Close walk to many eating places and a great view of the lake.

It was super clean and everything you need to cook a nice family meals, kids really enjoy the house

A week family Vaycay was not enough time to enjoy everything. This place is everything you need and didn’t know you needed!!! So much dove and room to relax. The sauna, pool, gym and golf were highlights. Magical place we will return for sure, highly recommend!

Great place with everything you need to have a relaxing stay

The property was fantastic for a weekend getaway - impeccably clean and had great shared spaces for a group weekend.

We have both been very impressed with last year and this year's holiday at "The Rocks" Coolum Beach. Prime position with great views and easy walking distance to the beach, all restaurants, shops etc. Staff amazing Sue really looked after us when rebooking us last year and Jackie the same for next year. We really appreciate this effort they put in as helps us immensely. Cheers from much cooler Tassie Maree+ Rob
