We loved staying in this beautiful home in Berry. Such a wonderful location and beautiful interiors. We will definitely be returning!

We had a great stay, the house was immaculately presented! The facilities were comprehensive and perfect for our needs. Thank you for your attention to detail.

The property is neat and tidy with plenty of room. Close to shops and easy to find. Nice size rooms and comfortable bedding. Only one common bathroom on the ground floor. Other bathroom on second floor in on suite. Heating through out and great garage with laundry facilities. Only down side A bit expensive and very late check in 4pm.

Great stay.

Beautifully furnished home in a quiet street that was well positioned to get about. The dark coloured pool was a perfect temperature in the afternoons (we stayed at the end of August), and the high quality fit out (including soda stream, yeti cups and holders, and Global knives as a personal highlight), were thoroughly enjoyed. We did have some accessibility issues with no hand rails on the stairs, into the pool, or in the slippery downstairs shower, but overall we had a great time at Jila and hope to come back one day.

Awesome spot. Super clean, lots of charm, everything you need, easy walk to town. Beautiful temperature pool. Perfect!

Taylor and the team at Belle Escapes Coolum made our experience so easy and enjoyable. They went above and beyond for us. We loved the unit we were staying in. It was well cared for, spotless, and well equipped with everything we could need; plus some beach gear. Such a beautiful place close to the beach, shops, and walking paths. Can't wait to come back ❤️

This was our second stay with Belle property at 1/22 Avenue, and again, we absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful, clean and provides everything we need to enjoy our stay. It honestly feels like home! We will be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa! The host was incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions or needs. The house itself was in excellent condition—spotlessly clean. Overall, the serene location, excellent cleanliness, and great communication from the host made this a great stay. Would recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful retreat close to nature! Just a small note: being in the middle of the wild, we did encounter some spiders, so a bit of caution at night is advised

Good value for money, great location Positive: Cannot beat the location. Just two doors up from the Coolum Surf Club and all of the shops. It's an older apartment with a plenty of room for two people, a very wel stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, air con and heating, great WiFi, very good smart TV, free parking spot on site, washer/dryer. Very nice arrival packet and gift cards. We have twice stayed there. Big frige, good kitchen. Love that there's a toilet and shower on the ground floor, especially handy when returning from the beach. This is in addition to a full bathroom upstairs. Lots of amneities and beach accessories. The furniture on the the balcony is very comfy. Negative: The only thing the flat needs is new furniture on in the downstairs. Part of the couch is worn down and the dining set is uncomfortable. That said, if you're out a lot or if it's a shorter stay you won't care. The downstairs lighting also could use an update.

Beautiful property. Very modern, comfortable and spacious. Better in person than even the photos present. Fantastic location - walking distance from Palm Cove esplanade. Antje was an outstanding host. Very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. My family and I would 100% stay at this property again. Absolutely recommend

A charming and peaceful Byron Bay escape. Frangipani Cottage was the perfect little getaway! The cottage was beautifully presented, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the peaceful garden setting while still being so close to town and the beach. Erin was a wonderful host — responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be back!

We had such a great stay at Jila! The house is super comfy, really clean and has everything you need with a stunning luxury design. The pool was a big hit with the kids (and us too). Loved how close it was to Cable Beach — just a short walk and you’re there for sunset. The place feels private and relaxed, perfect for a family holiday. Would definitely come back
