I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home. The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Beautiful place to stay! Spotlessly clean, tidy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—especially travelling with six kids! The massive pantry and two fridges (including one upstairs) were a huge help. The bedrooms were spacious, and we really appreciated the abundance of pool towels, plus having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher made things so easy. Everything you could need for a few days away with kids. We’ll definitely be back!

Apartment is straight forward per listing. We had our 2 small boys which we were able to fit in the double bed they put together in the room. 33 is good because it’s the first unit on the right when looking from the front however you just need to go up stairs as this is one of the top apartments. The only issue we had was probably the heating as whilst it does warm the room, it doesn’t warm the room or lounge fully so we really needed the blankets and wear jumpers still. Overall a good stay

The apartment is lovely and spacious with calm, neutral decor and great outlook over gardens and central pool. The complex was also terrific - well maintained and airy with great access to the three pools, beach and NuNu restaurant. Also easy undercover parking and up two flights of stairs to the apartment (no lift if accessibility is a consideration). The only improvement would be to replace the master bedroom mattress which was way too soft for my comfort

The house is really new, modern, functional and perfectly furnished. It has plenty of space inside and a nice terrace overlooking the countryside. Although it is located in a residential area, we did not notice anything from the neighbors and enjoyed our privacy. The pool is a good size and pleasant temperatures. It is a 5-minute walk to the village beach and some good restaurants are also within walking distance. I would still recommend a rental car as there is a lot to discover in the Cairns area. CONCLUSION: We had a great week and would 100% recommend the house, there is really nothing to fault.

This was our second stay with Belle property at 1/22 Avenue, and again, we absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful, clean and provides everything we need to enjoy our stay. It honestly feels like home! We will be back again.

Positive: Well-designed house in a great location - proximity to beach, quiet residential area but not too far from shops and restaurants. Different zones within house and garden for large groups to spread out in. Really comfortable beds. Problem with broken door lock sorted very promptly. Negative: Not enough towels, toilet rolls and everyday cleaning products. Garden maintenance turned up really early twice in one week.

We have both been very impressed with last year and this year's holiday at "The Rocks" Coolum Beach. Prime position with great views and easy walking distance to the beach, all restaurants, shops etc. Staff amazing Sue really looked after us when rebooking us last year and Jackie the same for next year. The location was absolutely stunning and right on the beach. Good parking and very easily accessible. Erin gave really clear instructions and was very helpful too. The house itself was lovely with a nice open plan living area with good size bedrooms all round and the pool area was nice and private!

Lovely and relaxing location with amazing sunsets + sunrises… We were 7 adults, 1 toddler and 2 babies and was a very accomodation area. Big bathrooms for everyone and bedrooms + cupboards were very spacious. Kitchen had every type of cutlery and crockery required for all occasions! Extremely impressive. Only small downfall was the amount of stairs as we had a toddler but didn’t ruin the holiday. One last thing… communication and response times were a 10/10 All in all - we thought it was great and thanks for having us

We had such a great stay at Jila! The house is super comfy, really clean and has everything you need with a stunning luxury design. The pool was a big hit with the kids (and us too). Loved how close it was to Cable Beach — just a short walk and you’re there for sunset. The place feels private and relaxed, perfect for a family holiday. Would definitely come back
