My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! Sometimes photos are deceiving on Airbnb posts, but this apartment exceeded our expectations! It was a very large space, incredibly clean, well equipped and just a lovely space. The roof top access was great to enjoy a dinner with an amazing view, and the area was honestly very quiet considering you’re near the Gabba. Erin was absolutely amazing and helpful, and was always quick to respond. Would recommend this lovely stay to anyone visiting Brisbane or even locals wanting to stay closer to the city for a weekend

Absolutely Stunning!
The apartment was outstanding with everything thing we needed to enjoy our wedding anniversary weekend. Everything was as described. Prime view of the river from balcony and the private rooftop was stunning!!! Unbelievable spot for relaxing with the spa, bbq, fridge for our drinks, tv and comfortable lounge. It was extremely Very hard to leave the place after staying for 4 days. The service from Belle escapes are sensational and went above and beyond for us I really cannot wait to come again.

The resort and the room was perfect for what we needed. The size of the apartment was very functional and great for a family of four. The large couch, the balcony and the super comfortable beds were perfect for our five night stay.

A real palace!
The location, the palace, the furniture and facilities were amazing. Very tastefully decorated. If we were not married yet, we would consider hiring this for our wedding.

Lovely Easter stay! House was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the teenagers to escape. Great access to the boardwalk for access to the beach and coffee shops at Marcoola and a quick walk to the local shops and take away places! Our dog loved the off leash area on the beach.

Negative: Lack of dishwasher, second bedroom very narrow no window.

The studio room was perfect for my stay. The location was very convenient and pool and spa were beautiful. I think more attention needs to be paid to cleaning the grout in the shower as there were a few spots of mould. Other than that the room was very clean with plenty of supplies

Gorgeous property! Spacious and well equipped as well as being clean and homely. The location was perfect for our family. Public transport was within easy reach and the neighbourhood was easy to navigate round. Erin was great to communicate with and all the instructions/ information were precise and helpful. We had a fantastic stay at Soleil on Jonson! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and really well equipped with everything we needed. The location was unbeatable — an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet enough to relax. The secure parking was a bonus, and Erin was a wonderful host, super responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Byron Bay in comfort and style!

House was fantastic for our family holiday. Great size bedrooms and bathrooms with lots of room for the kids. Pool was a hit with the kids and once you got used to the hill climb to the house was easy walk to the beach
The rooftop was excellent and had everything you wanted and needed. The apartment was also equipped with more than necessary and very clean. Easy access to keys and informative emails from hosts.
Only two downfalls which may not worry many was just the stairs to the rooftop and the balcony and rooftop needed some form of sun screening as it’s very bright and hot after lunch time with no shade outside.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at 34 Boardrider. The house was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor areas and spent a lot of time sitting by the pool or relaxing on the balcony. The location was fantastic— a short walk to the beach and with an awesome café right around the corner. We also appreciated the very generous welcome gifts. They were such a lovely surprise and really set the tone for our wonderful holiday. 100% recommend this house - one of the best!
The property is neat and tidy with plenty of room.
Close to shops and easy to find. Nice size rooms and comfortable bedding.
Only one common bathroom on the ground floor. Other bathroom on second floor in on suite.
Heating through out and great garage with laundry facilities. Only down side
A bit expensive and very late check in 4pm.
