I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home. The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Fantastic if you have a boat. Lovely place, close to everything and we loved that we could moar the boats out the back. Negative: The place is beautiful but was a bit cold as not much sun, we had to have the heater on most of the time.

The property is perfect for families. It was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The house has a stunning view of the lake and the firewood burner was fantastic.

Loved our stay at the property. Excellent location in a quiet street, just a short walk to the main strip of restaurants/beach. We felt the accommodation was even bigger and better in person than the photos. The house was homely and well equipped (even had pool toys and kids books which our son loved). Found the check in/out process easy too.

Great Stay

We loved our stay! The room is located on the ground floor and situated very close to the pools & entry. The appartment is very spacious and clean. Located in the prettiest part of Palm cove! Close to supermarket and cafes. Thank you for having us and a wonderful stay.

Comfortable, safe, clean and well-appointed accomodation. Great location near all local amenities. Positive: Very centrally located. Clean, bright and well appointed. Kitchen was great and bathroom had the bonus of a deep comfy bath. All appliances were in great order including laundry facilities. Negative: A few stairs to negotiate after a long day of skiing, but really nothing to be an issue.

Loved our stay in Byron Bay. The apartment was great - felt almost like there was an ensuite per bedroom which was perfect, and heaps of room for the little one to run around! Note, there is some noise that comes up from the restaurants / surrounds but wouldn’t deter us from staying again Easy walk to the shops and beach too

We had a great two night stay in Kings Beach. The accommodation is in a small secure unit block and is well appointed and styled. The property is located in an excellent position which allows you to walk to a range of local restaurants, coffee shops, the Kings Beach Surf Club and the beach. Emily from the Belle Property Escapes team was our main point of contact and she was amazing from the moment we booked. We’ll definitely be back

Location is great - so close to the beach, and a short drive to shops and restaurants. Host was great, very clear communication and easy instructions via email and text. The house is a bit tired and needs some attention, lots of cracks in the walls, the staircase felt unsturdy and pictures falling off frames on the walls to name a few. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but could use a deep clean, many cobwebs in corners and rubbish in couch cushions (my kids always manage to lose their toy cars in there!). The house was well stocked with crockery, pots and pans, etc., and linens for our large family. The very large dining table in the kitchen was a winner, fitting us all around the same table for once! All in all, we had a good stay but would probably chose a different property next time.

Beautiful place for our family holiday. Walking distance to supermarket and beach. Close to cafes and restaurants. The house itself had everything you need. Plenty of space and full kitchen, communal pool right next door.

Short beautiful bush trail to the beach, the house is like an adventure! 5 storeys high, a roof top to star gaze and veranda surrounded by beautiful native trees. The house is very fun!

Very nice house, worked very well as a base for skiing. There was a bit of noise from the nearby road but nothing that caused any issues with sleeping as we were up early anyway to ski. House was very clean and new. Everything worked very well
