To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process, all guests are required to complete the registration form by the end of office hours on the day of arrival. Check-in should be completed by 8:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed with our team.
Please note that failure to submit the required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays, and in some cases, you may be unable to access the property. This apartment is privately managed by Belle Escapes Glenelg and is not affiliated with the onsite hotel management and reception. Daily housekeeping is not included in the stay.
Any booking extensions must be requested by 4 PM the day before checkout. Otherwise, a cleaning cancellation fee will apply.
PLEASE NOTE: Glenelg can have additional noise on certain nights (generally Friday and Saturday) due to the bars and restaurants all being within close proximity.
