The rooftop was beyond amazing. There were loads of really considered little touches, like board games and books. And the kitchen had everything.
Negative - The showers need to have better heads. But everything else was sensational.

Lovely well appointed and refurbished apartment in a convenient location. Nice views of the lake. Nice furnishings. Washer/dryer. Great wifi and tv. Reserved parking for the unit just outside the door.

We hade the best time staying at the Solana property in Ballina! The house was absolutely amazing with heaps of space, a heated pool, inground trampoline and just the architecture and interior design alone was stunning. Will definitely be coming back to stay here in the near future!

We had such a great stay at Jila! The house is super comfy, really clean and has everything you need with a stunning luxury design. The pool was a big hit with the kids (and us too). Loved how close it was to Cable Beach — just a short walk and you’re there for sunset. The place feels private and relaxed, perfect for a family holiday. Would definitely come back

A charming and peaceful Byron Bay escape.
Frangipani Cottage was the perfect little getaway! The cottage was beautifully presented, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the peaceful garden setting while still being so close to town and the beach. Erin was a wonderful host — responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be back!

The location is absolutely beautiful, and the house itself is really lovely, such a peaceful spot with great potential for an amazing stay. A few little things could use some attention though: • The dishwasher had some dirty cutlery inside with a bit of mould. • There aren’t any blinds on the main back windows or back doors. It gets quite dark at night, which can be a bit unsettling for kids who are scared of the dark. • The plastic covers on the deck don’t roll up properly, and some are dirty or broken, so it’s impossible to open them up and enjoy the uninterrupted lake view. • Only one sharp knife in the kitchen, a few more would be handy. • No chairs around the fire pit area. • Would be great if the outdoor furniture was set up on the grass closer to the lake to really enjoy the view. • No bathroom mats, so the floor got pretty wet after showers. • The towels were quite small, bigger, fluffier ones would be a nice touch. Overall, we still really enjoyed our stay

I can highly recommend this apartment. Extremely spacious and airy with a fabulous terrace looking out to the ocean. Within a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Everything was spotless and some thoughtful extras such as the beach chairs were great. Erin was a great communicator and the instructions and access flawless. We will definitely book again

Beautiful home was in pristine condition. Everything was so clean and fresh. The location was perfect for our family holiday. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out. We loved the large round dining table and spent many evening hours sitting there playing games. Close easy walk to a gorgeous stretch of beach that was mostly empty. The pool was great, loved that it was lit at night. Lots of places to eat and explore all within walking distance. We were even able to walk to the next beach south. Very peaceful and safe feeling area.

We loved the unit we were staying in. It was well cared for, spotless, and well equipped with everything we could need; plus some beach gear.

Lovely, clean, spacious & well-equipped apartment. So quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view out towards ocean from the private patio. Easy walk to the beach, bars, shops and eateries. Will definitely be back again!

Absolutely Stunning!
The apartment was outstanding with everything thing we needed to enjoy our wedding anniversary weekend. Everything was as described. Prime view of the river from balcony and the private rooftop was stunning!!! Unbelievable spot for relaxing with the spa, bbq, fridge for our drinks, tv and comfortable lounge. It was extremely Very hard to leave the place after staying for 4 days. The service from Belle escapes are sensational and went above and beyond for us I really cannot wait to come again.
