The house is nicely located, across from bush and walking tracks with friendly neighbours. It’s large and has lots of space for a big group. Bathroom very clean. Unfortunately other aspects of the house were very dirty. The lounge furniture was stained, the pool dirty, bbq unusably dirty and pots and cutlery (in cutlery drawer) very dirty with dried food. We had to clean the pool before use and wash pots and cutlery before use which was very disappointing. This didn’t match expectations nor the effort of the landlord to otherwise make the home comfortable and well presented. The managing agent did reimburse the cleaning fee following complaint.

Positive: Unbeatable location in the middle of the village. We loved the direct access to the square (and shops/restaurants/pub) from the property. Views of the mountains from the window. Layout and configuration is great too. Love the mud room where you could hang coats and keep shoes in. Bathroom was fabulous- clean, modern and large. Great they the added sliding doors to separate the bed and living space - very clever. Excellent amount of storage space. Easy check in process. Negative: The sofa bed needs fixing/replacing. Access to the carpark was slightly challenging but quite spacious once in there. Can't fault anything else.

An absolutely beautiful property right on the beach front with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Beautiful pool which would be great in summer.

We loved every minute of it. Being able to have everyone together and yet a private space for everyone in their own beautiful rooms & so many lounge around areas in and out . Kids loved the pool and trampoline & everything was safe & visual. The entire home was so relaxing with plush & natural textures a real recharge time for us all.

Our family of 7 stayed at your home and wow. Everything was amazing. Everything. Amazing pool, kitchen, bedrooms, so clean. We will be back for sure. Media room was a big hit. Pool table so much fun and laughter we had. So thank you so much

Fantastic location, nice and clean and had everything we needed. Had a great time in Cairns, We did hire a car, but we could of walked to majority of the places that we wanted to go to. The car park was easy and fairly spacious. Could see the cruise ship from the apartment which was a bonus, not at all loud. Pool, spa and sauna was nice too. All beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Washing machine, drier and dishwasher all worked well. Lounge was comfortable too. We just opened the sliding doors and let the fresh sea breeze come through. Oh and gorgeous ocean view too. We will definitely stay here again

The place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Antje was a lovely and helpful host who made me feel at home. Great location and overall a wonderful stay — highly recommended!

Positives: The house has everything you could ask for and it is nice to see previous renters leave equipment behind for other people to utilise, we left some pool toys and other nic nacs Negatives: Would be nice to have a/c in every room, offset the a/c’s with solar. A light over the dart board😉

Super kind and welcoming, place was lovely and in the perfect location. Right next to the beach and within walking distance to food, and a short drive out to convenience stores. Would definitely recommend!  

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home. The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment.
