Amazing!
Positives - It was very clean and everything was tidy. The espresso machine and microwave were easy to use, and the furniture was new and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great.
Negatives - It's a little far from the city center so it might be best to have a car.

I travelled for work and each time I came to the property it felt like home. The space felt welcoming with hampton/beach vibe and luxurious at the same time. It was very spacious with everything you need, as if you were at home. Absolutely loved my stay and will book again!

The property is spacious and very pleasant. The hosts were truly lovely, always quick to respond and available for anything we needed. When we ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets, we messaged them and they promptly sent us more. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We are grateful for every moment we spent there and wish the hosts all the best

An absolutely amazing home to stay in. Lots of extras such as a PlayStation, puzzles and games. Excellent kitchen. Super easy walk to Collingwood beach. And about 25 min walk to Huskisson. Belle escapes were responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.

The communication was quick, friendly and helpful. The house was brilliant, so purpose built and great for 2 families. There was so much living space, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked and everything was clean and updated. Access was so easy due to keyless entry and out check in and check out were seamless. The beach is 5 minutes walk and pristine. I really hope that we will be back, highly recommend this property.

The property is perfect for families. It was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The house has a stunning view of the lake and the firewood burner was fantastic.

The house was amazing . Really spacious, very comfortable, great for groups with lots of different spaces to hang out. It is a quick walk to the main street, a huge private and green backyard. Easy host . Great value

Had some issues with the fridge upon arrival, owners were very apologetic and responsive, and a new fridge was delivered within 24hrs, very impressive service. Great place which fit our group of 15 comfortably.

The rooftop was beyond amazing. There were loads of really considered little touches, like board games and books. And the kitchen had everything.
Negative - The showers need to have better heads. But everything else was sensational.

A week family Vaycay was not enough time to enjoy everything. This place is everything you need and didn’t know you needed!!! So much dove and room to relax. The sauna, pool, gym and golf were highlights. Magical place we will return for sure, highly recommend!

We had a great two night stay in Kings Beach. The accommodation is in a small secure unit block and is well appointed and styled. The property is located in an excellent position which allows you to walk to a range of local restaurants, coffee shops, the Kings Beach Surf Club and the beach. Emily from the Belle Property Escapes team was our main point of contact and she was amazing from the moment we booked. We’ll definitely be back
