Amazing view!! A small thing was having no air conditioning, we had a 38 degree day & the place was a hot box! Aircon would be so nice, it was hard to sleep as it was so hot. Also, the towel company came in before 10am of check out & left the front door open which was a bit intrusive. I LOVED the private rooftop!! Soo cool! Amazing location.

We enjoyed our stay this week at above address. It was in a beautiful quiet area of Palm Cove, walking distance to the beach. The whole check in process and keeping in contact with us during our stay was very professional. The house suited the demographic of our family. Young family with baby in the back section and us in the front. Peace for us during the night. Well laid out, open kitchen, living area and pool was in perfect spot. Cooling with air conditioning and fans was perfect.

Cosy and comfortable for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids under 6 Great communication with the manager and easy to collect the keys from a combination lock. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage and well illuminated. The two lounges allowed for some of us to get some quiet time, both lounges had large TV's. The wifi worked great with 6 adults tapping into it. The individual room heaters and the gas heater in the main lounge allowed for a very comfortable stay. Lots of parking for three large cars and we made wonderful pizzas in the outside wood oven, like all ovens, it took about 4 hours and almost 40kgs of wood to get to temperature which is normal for such a large oven. Having said that you could still cook in it the following morning from the residual heat. We will be back as it was a great home for our entire family to gather.

Perfect beachfront stay - clean, comfortable and so convenient. We loved our stay at Unit 2 Beach Front Beach Break! The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and in the most amazing location right across from the beach. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and having everything within walking distance made it even better. Highly recommend!

Five stars just isn’t enough! The home is even better in person — bright, modern and beautifully styled. We loved morning walks to the beach and evenings by the firepit. Erin was the best host we’ve ever had — friendly, organised, and genuinely cared about our stay.

A very special holiday experience. The property itself is fantastic. Clean, spacious, well decorated and maintained. The property managers are absolutely first-class, responding quicky to a few minor issues.

Beautiful house with amazing views. Very relaxing and close to the centre of Coolum. We saw lots of whales from the deck. Quite a steep climb to the house - something to be aware of if planning to walk to the beach/restaurants

We had a fantastic stay at this luxury apartment in Kings Beach. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short stroll to the beach, playgrounds, cafes, and scenic coastal walks. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated with a modern, stylish design that made it feel both elegant and inviting. What really stood out were the thoughtful extra touches supplied in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom. It felt generous and added to the feeling of luxury.
