We stayed at The Duchess for nearly a week, and were sad to have to leave. It’s a beautiful home with every mod con you could hope for, located in a quiet, peaceful street but not from the M1 for getting around easily. Was perfect for our family vacation, and we hope to stay again soon

Positive: Clean great to have a pet friendly place. Negative: Password of WiFi didn't work.

Beautiful unit close to town and beaches with everything we needed

The villa was amazing. The layout is great for parties because we all have our own separate bedroom and ensuite. The pool was a boon for us all, and the pool room was wonderful to keep the kids entertained and out of our hair. Also, the media room looked amazing. I didn't get to use it , but would have loved to if we had had more time there. It was such a lovely place to stay, and so much easier than staying as a group in a hotel. If felt that the owners had thought of all the little detail

Would gladly stay again Lovely well appointed and refurbished apartment in a convenient location. Nice views of the lake. Nice furnishings. Washer/dryer. Great wifi and tv. Reserved parking for the unit just outside the door.

Perfect location for us. We stayed with another family and spent most days on the beach backing onto the property.

Highest praise I can give is the fact that we've already re-booked for 2024! The house had everything we needed. Decent sized pool (which got both sun and shade at various times of day). You could easily live downstairs and outside all day (always good to have a downstairs bathroom), and only venture upstairs at bedtime. And easy walk to the off-leash section of the beach (not to mention a great cafe, and shops)!

Fantastic location in the heart of Kings Beach. A couple min walk to the beach and sea water pool. Close to cafes and parks and playgrounds. The apartment building is brand new and as such everything inside is new! Everything you could needs for a holiday was provided so we had a great 5 days and look forward to staying again! Thanks to Emily from Belle who was super responsive and very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous house with fully equipped kitchen and everything is clean and tidy. Love that dish washing machine and clothes drying machine. Will definitely revisit there in my next trip to Brisbane. Thanks!

Great stay The location was prefect for us and the unit we stayed in was the last in a row of four and very quiet The garden and surrounds were lovely and well maintained It was nicely furnished and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Parking garage remote didn't work though.

Has its own parking spot, close to the village and easy to get free shuttle busses around

Very Good. View, space heating, balcony, kitchen. Negatives: Bathroom vanity, lack of towels, poor sealing of balcony doors, 65 steep stairs access

We had 11 of us stay this past weekend. Wow, when you walk in the door! Spotlessly clean, modern and spacious! What a wonderful place to stay and value for money. Will definitely book this house again!

Great apartment, location and view. Perfect for Cairns GBR day trips- 2 minute walk to the boat docks is very convenient. Everything you need is walkable and easy to get to. The outdoor balcony with a full size dinning table and great view of the docks, water and mountains was a big bonus. We would definitely stay there again!

I used to stay at horizons Jindabyne yearly when I was a child. It was wonderful to come back 25 years later as an adult to stay in the same place. This apartment had been updated with newer furnishing and fixtures, felt modern and cosy. Lake Jindabyne is magical and the location of these apartments can’t be matched. The quick walk to nuggets crossing for groceries and pizza is so convenient. 10/10, would recommend to anyone keen on a snowy mountains trip!

Soul Beach House was amazing. It had all the essentials that we needed! There wasn’t a single thing we were dissatisfied about. Amazing place, close to the beach and met all our needs and expectations!
