Positive: A spacious modern apartment with a lovely swimming pool right on the beach in Palm Cove. Ideal Negative: A greeting letter with a bottle of wine always says “welcome guest”. It was a shame that the entry and exit felt such a “do it yourself affair”!

We were impressed with the house. It worked very well for us. We were very happy with our stay and Erin was great. It was very well furnished and comfortable beds. Good outdoor areas and practical to use.

Extremely easy to deal with. Clean home. Perfect area. Would 100% stay again!!! Thank you so much!

The location couldn’t be better—waking up just steps from the beach was a dream. The spacious deck and heated pool were perfect for our lazy afternoons, and the BBQ and pizza oven were brand new; we loved cooking with them. The house is airy and beautifully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Being so close to local cafes and Yorkeys Knob Boating Club was really convenient. Whether it’s relaxing by the pool or enjoying the ocean breeze on the front porch, this place is paradise. Highly recommended - we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing view!! A small thing was having no air conditioning, we had a 38 degree day & the place was a hot box! Aircon would be so nice, it was hard to sleep as it was so hot. Also, the towel company came in before 10am of check out & left the front door open which was a bit intrusive. I LOVED the private rooftop!! Soo cool! Amazing location.

Pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness of hosts and all of the amazing features of the home. So many games, puzzles and books for kids and adults. Super equipped kitchen. Despite it being a little outdated it was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more. Loved the nespresso machine and pods. An abundance of crockery, Tupperware, pans and cookware. The sunroom was perfect to sit in the morning sun with water views and had great toys for the kids to play with. It really felt like a home away from home. We loved the table tennis table, scooter and boards. Walking distance to shops and the amazing water front walking track. So much to do while leaving the car in the driveway. A spacious backyard for the kids to runaround, they loved their Hunt for Easter Eggs.

Fantastic location, nice and clean and had everything we needed. Had a great time in Cairns, We did hire a car, but we could of walked to majority of the places that we wanted to go to. The car park was easy and fairly spacious. Could see the cruise ship from the apartment which was a bonus, not at all loud. Pool, spa and sauna was nice too. All beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Washing machine, drier and dishwasher all worked well. Lounge was comfortable too. We just opened the sliding doors and let the fresh sea breeze come through. Oh and gorgeous ocean view too. We will definitely stay here again

Erin is a great host, easy to deal with and very helpful, definitely recommend Soleil on Jonson, a very well appointed 2 bedroom, fairly new apartment. Close to all amenities and walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and also the beach is really accessible within 25 minutes walking or 5 minutes driving. To top it all off the weather is milder and quite inviting

A lovely apartment in an excellent position with a stunning view over the grammar school and the lake. Positive: The situation was exceptional with a sensational view over the lake towards the North. The rooms were comfortably furnished and well equipped. Parking was available in a private garage under the building. Negative: Nothing substantial but a couple of very minor issues which could and should have been picked up and fixed when the apartment was prepared for letting.

The house feels like a high-end retreat, with beautiful finishes and a calming energy throughout. Location is unbeatable. Erin’s attention to detail and warm welcome made it all the more special.

The rooftop was excellent and had everything you wanted and needed. The apartment was also equipped with more than necessary and very clean. Easy access to keys and informative emails from hosts. Only two downfalls which may not worry many was just the stairs to the rooftop and the balcony and rooftop needed some form of sun screening as it’s very bright and hot after lunch time with no shade outside.

We had an amazing stay at Alpha Luxe. The location is perfect, right in the centre of town yet you feel like you are in a private sanctuary when you are in the home. The home is well equipped and spacious and very comfortable for groups or families. Would absolutely love to come back!

Beautiful location and surroundings. Walking distance to the beach and shops. The yard is lovely for a dog but not entirely secure for a curious dog. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a really lovely apartment - quiet with lovely views and only grass between you and the beach. There are three nice pools, lovely restaurants close by and the apartment is well fitted out with everything for a very comfortable stay
