The property was great value for our family and friends’ stay. It was well-equipped and perfect for a short holiday, meeting all our needs with three little children

Great location. Access to everything. Belle properties very helpful. House itself needs updating. Furniture quite old and some furniture already broken. Some windows don’t have fly screens which affects having windows open at night. Beds uncomfortable and sheets made skin very itchy for everyone. It was a great stay. Especially for those with a large family. However, house needs updating, repairs and refurbishing.

Fantastic stay, we were close to all the sights of the Sunshine coast. The property was roomy, clean, and exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful space, great facilities and decorations. One of the few places with an adult pool. Loved the complementary bottle of wine, and were lucky enough to be able to have a slightly early entry. Bed a bit soft for our liking.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at 34 Boardrider. The house was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor areas and spent a lot of time sitting by the pool or relaxing on the balcony. The location was fantastic— a short walk to the beach and with an awesome café right around the corner. We also appreciated the very generous welcome gifts. They were such a lovely surprise and really set the tone for our wonderful holiday. 100% recommend this house - one of the best!

We had a great two night stay in Kings Beach. The accommodation is in a small secure unit block and is well appointed and styled. The property is located in an excellent position which allows you to walk to a range of local restaurants, coffee shops, the Kings Beach Surf Club and the beach. Emily from the Belle Property Escapes team was our main point of contact and she was amazing from the moment we booked. We’ll definitely be back

We recently celebrated a 50th birthday with our adult children and grandkids, and this property was nothing short of fabulous! Perfectly positioned across the road from a stunning beach, it gave us the best of both worlds — easy morning strolls for coffee lovers and prime viewing spots for daily sightings of whales.
The house struck a beautiful balance between luxury and practicality making it ideal for our three-generations. We have already planned our next stay!

A charming and peaceful Byron Bay escape.
Frangipani Cottage was the perfect little getaway! The cottage was beautifully presented, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the peaceful garden setting while still being so close to town and the beach. Erin was a wonderful host — responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be back!
