Unit 4 was very well situated being close to beach, surf Club and shops as well as bus stop to allow visitors to access Noosa without worrying about parking. Complex is not large and well maintained and unit 4 has great views up the beach of Coolum.

We needed a big place to accommodate 4 families, and Famagusta delivered! Heaps of spaces for kids to hang out, big kitchen, and no cars or roads to cross to hit the beach. Close to local shops and a short trip to other great spots (Hyams Beach and Huskisson). It’s on a main road but we would never have known, given the orientation of the house

Perfect location for us. We stayed with another family and spent most days on the beach backing onto the property.
A gorgeous house in the perfect location, we had the best week here. The house was immaculate, spacious and a perfect place to unwind. We will definitely be back!

An incredible home with everything you could possibly need.
Our stay at Alpha Luxe was amazing! The house was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for a group getaway. We loved the outdoor areas and pool, and the location made it easy to walk into town or down to the beach. Erin was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and super helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

An absolutely amazing home to stay in. Lots of extras such as a PlayStation, puzzles and games. Excellent kitchen. Super easy walk to Collingwood beach. And about 25 min walk to Huskisson. Belle escapes were responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.

Positive: A spacious modern apartment with a lovely swimming pool right on the beach in Palm Cove. Ideal
Negative: A greeting letter with a bottle of wine always says “welcome guest”. It was a shame that the entry and exit felt such a “do it yourself affair”!

Short beautiful bush trail to the beach, the house is like an adventure! 5 storeys high, a roof top to star gaze and veranda surrounded by beautiful native trees. The house is very fun!

Great location & very cosy place to stay. The undercover secure parking was great. Thredbo bus stop just outside the place for free ride down to the village etc.

Sun Rose was a perfect spot for our family to relax and enjoy Palm Cove. So close to the beach, shops and eateries. Beds were super comfy and the pool was lovely. It had everything we needed and had beautiful decor and furniture. Would happily return to Sun Rose. Thanks for having us

This was perfect for our family get together with 4 good bedrooms and great social area for us to spend time catching up. The house itself was better than expected and the location was so peaceful. We were located near a quiet part of the beach with beautifully clear water. We would definitely come again
