Gorgeous property! Spacious and well equipped as well as being clean and homely. The location was perfect for our family. Public transport was within easy reach and the neighbourhood was easy to navigate round. Erin was great to communicate with and all the instructions/ information were precise and helpful. Highly recommended

A designer home in the heart of Byron. It doesn’t get much better. The layout was perfect for our family of six, and the kids loved the pool. Erin was a standout host who made everything easy and personal. Highly recommend.
This was our second stay with Belle property at 1/22 Avenue, and again, we absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful, clean and provides everything we need to enjoy our stay. It honestly feels like home!

Good value for money, great location
Positive: Cannot beat the location. Just two doors up from the Coolum Surf Club and all of the shops. It's an older apartment with a plenty of room for two people, a very wel stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, air con and heating, great WiFi, very good smart TV, free parking spot on site, washer/dryer. Very nice arrival packet and gift cards. We have twice stayed there. Big frige, good kitchen. Love that there's a toilet and shower on the ground floor, especially handy when returning from the beach. This is in addition to a full bathroom upstairs. Lots of amneities and beach accessories. The furniture on the the balcony is very comfy.
Negative: The only thing the flat needs is new furniture on in the downstairs. Part of the couch is worn down and the dining set is uncomfortable. That said, if you're out a lot or if it's a shorter stay you won't care. The downstairs lighting also could use an update.
Perfect for a family snow accommodation with everything you need. Very cosy and comfortable and the kids loved having all the wildlife around too!

The property itself is fantastic. Clean, spacious, well decorated and maintained. The property managers are absolutely first-class, responding quicky to a few minor issues.
The house is nicely located, across from bush and walking tracks with friendly neighbours. It’s large and has lots of space for a big group. Bathroom very clean. Unfortunately other aspects of the house were very dirty. The lounge furniture was stained, the pool dirty, bbq unusably dirty and pots and cutlery (in cutlery drawer) very dirty with dried food. We had to clean the pool before use and wash pots and cutlery before use which was very disappointing. This didn’t match expectations nor the effort of the landlord to otherwise make the home comfortable and well presented. The managing agent did reimburse the cleaning fee following complaint.
Great location. Quiet at night and has very comfortable beds. Equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all the amenities needed. Unfortunately, the balcony is not really usable as the air-conditioning unit it on it and blows out hot air. Also the living area is quite dark

Great stay
The location was prefect for us and the unit we stayed in was the last in a row of four and very quiet The garden and surrounds were lovely and well maintained It was nicely furnished and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed.
Parking garage remote didn't work though.
Positives: The house has everything you could ask for and it is nice to see previous renters leave equipment behind for other people to utilise, we left some pool toys and other nic nacs
Negatives: Would be nice to have a/c in every room, offset the a/c’s with solar. A light over the dart board😉
The only regret we have from our stay was that it simply wasn’t long enough. This is a beautiful home managed exceptionally well by the team at Belle. A fantastic family escape that we’ll definitely be heading back to

5/5 – A Perfect Tropical Getaway Our stay at Antje’s property was absolutely wonderful! The home is modern, spacious, and beautifully maintained — everything felt fresh, clean, and inviting from the moment we arrived. The private pool area was a highlight — surrounded by lush greenery, it created a peaceful tropical retreat where we spent hours relaxing and cooling off. The outdoor setup with the barbecue, lounge area, and ambient lighting made for perfect evenings. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable, with thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the house. Antje was a fantastic host — very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location was quiet yet close enough to everything we needed, making it easy to unwind and explore at our own pace. We did notice the white cue ball was missing from the pool table, so we couldn’t play as planned, but that was only a tiny detail in what was otherwise a perfect stay. We’d absolutely love to come back again
