The studio room was perfect for my stay. The location was very convenient and pool and spa were beautiful. I think more attention needs to be paid to cleaning the grout in the shower as there were a few spots of mould. Other than that the room was very clean with plenty of supplies
The apartment was well situated with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay.

Large enough for the whole Family plus more! We booked Marvel for a long-overdue family reunion and it couldn’t have been better. Big rooms, big table, and plenty of space to reconnect.

Our stay at The Duchess was fantastic. The house was beautifully presented, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was excellent, close to shops and cafes, and Erin was a great host — very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to others.
Clean and good value for money. Freshly renovated, clean, good parking, well set up drying room.
Negative: Lack of dishwasher, second bedroom very narrow no window.
Absolutely gorgeous place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spectacular with the views overlooking the mountains! Pool was super clean and great condition too. Can’t wait to come back here in the summer time!
We had a fantastic time staying at this house with four families! The space was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with a modern, new feel. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was perfect for group cooking, and the outdoor area was excellent for the kids to play. The pool was a great size, and it even worked well for swimming laps. The location was ideal—close to Byron Bay and conveniently near The Three Ducks, which is a great area for both kids and dining. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway, and we’d love to return

A lovely apartment in an excellent position with a stunning view over the grammar school and the lake.
Positive: The situation was exceptional with a sensational view over the lake towards the North. The rooms were comfortably furnished and well equipped. Parking was available in a private garage under the building.
Negative: Nothing substantial but a couple of very minor issues which could and should have been picked up and fixed when the apartment was prepared for letting.
We recently celebrated a 50th birthday with our adult children and grandkids, and this property was nothing short of fabulous! Perfectly positioned across the road from a stunning beach, it gave us the best of both worlds — easy morning strolls for coffee lovers and prime viewing spots for daily sightings of whales.
The house struck a beautiful balance between luxury and practicality making it ideal for our three-generations. We have already planned our next stay!

Frangipani Cottage was the perfect little getaway! The cottage was beautifully presented, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the peaceful garden setting while still being so close to town and the beach. Erin was a wonderful host — responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be back!
Good value for money, great location
Positive: Cannot beat the location. Just two doors up from the Coolum Surf Club and all of the shops. It's an older apartment with a plenty of room for two people, a very wel stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, air con and heating, great WiFi, very good smart TV, free parking spot on site, washer/dryer. Very nice arrival packet and gift cards. We have twice stayed there. Big frige, good kitchen. Love that there's a toilet and shower on the ground floor, especially handy when returning from the beach. This is in addition to a full bathroom upstairs. Lots of amneities and beach accessories. The furniture on the the balcony is very comfy.
Negative: The only thing the flat needs is new furniture on in the downstairs. Part of the couch is worn down and the dining set is uncomfortable. That said, if you're out a lot or if it's a shorter stay you won't care. The downstairs lighting also could use an update.
