Amazing place! Location was great close to the beach and restaurants. Pool was lovely with a great temperature. Wallabies came out the back behind the pool every afternoon! A/c everywhere, 2 tvs, bathrooms were great, pod coffee machine. Pillows could be better and got hot without blinds in the back room, but only small things. Would highly recommend!
One of the best places we’ve ever stayed - despite Palm Cove being a short walk through the rainforest path away - we never wanted to leave. Coffees available within a short drive from early every morning, major supermarkets 10 or 15 minutes away for the big shop to then make use of the excellent kitchen, undercover bbq or multiple dining spaces including poolside. This house was immaculate, set in a peaceful and meticulous estate, even with a local gym if you need it (about $18 for a casual visit). Hosts were extremely professional and friendly, explaining everything perfectly. We felt it was our own home.

Lovely, spacious home in a wonderful, quiet location, with beach access right next door. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, and there is a local supermarket and eateries all within walking distance. Belle property were easy to deal with and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

The Duchess was a great escape for us. Erin was responsive and provided clear instructions, ensuring easy entry into the house. The place was clean and tidy and beautifully staged. There was a good variety of amenities near the house as well. Overall a good experience!

The house was spacious and comfortable, and we felt at home for the entire week that we stayed. The gardens might not be everyone's cup of tea and aren't "useable" as such, but we found them to be amazing - especially when lit up at night. We'd gladly staying here again
Beautiful house. Great size for a large group. Incredible location only 20 metre walk to beach. The balcony in the morning and afternoon provided one of the greatest sunrises/sunsets we have ever experienced! Also lucky enough to spot some whales in the distance near the entrance!
A perfect home for multiple families. We had two toddlers and nanna with us, and had teenage cousins come visit during the day and this house was phenomenal catering to each age demographic perfectly. Huge pool for the big kids and adults with a long step that was perfect for the one year old to waddle around on and nanna to sit on. When we mentioned before arrival we had little kids the team were very responsive and helped out by getting multiple pool toys and a tiny baby pool that made all day play perfect. Incredibly well stocked house, so many appliances in the kitchen made eating in seamless and lots of food in cupboards. Excellent location

Luxury at Great Value! This isn’t budget accommodation but for people wanting an upmarket feel-good value. I was really impressed and would happily recommend!

Myself and a couple of friends spent two nights here and absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful, modern, and incredibly well styled. The view is incredible — watching the moonrise while sitting by the outdoor fireplace was a highlight.
The hosts are excellent, with easy communication, and welcomed us with some wine and fresh sourdough in the kitchen on arrival.

What can I say..we had the absolute best time at this stunning oroperty. Everything was perfect for our extended family trip 11 year old -82 years young. So much space to be together but just as much space to have quiet escapes. The sunrises were perfect, and the outdoor space left us feeling relaxed but gave the kids plenty of space to play. The short walk to the restaurants and bars made it easy to grab a dinner or two out, and the kitchen facilities were great for large family style meals.
