This first floor apartment is part of a fairly small, quiet "resort" with a nice tropical garden and a nice heated pool. It is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach with a nice little outdoor cafe across the road. My partner and I found it spacious but it may feel less spacious if more people were staying there. Antje was very responsive when a problem arose: the hot water stopped one night but was repaired first thing the next morning

Perfect Stay - Love the layout of the rooms. The pool and tennis court. Also walking distance to beach and shops.

Family Perfection! This home was amazing for our family getaway. The upstairs retreat gave us some privacy, and the kids loved the lounge setup with Foxtel. We’ll be back!

This is our 4th stay in this amazing house. Bedrooms are clean and spacious, kitchen is well equipped and the air con is excellent for those hot days. The bbq and pool area is nice to relax around with the back gate meeting the boardwalk directly to the flagged beach. Coolum Holidays are wonderful to deal with and are very helpful with any requests. We will return

Lovely Easter stay! House was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the teenagers to escape. Great access to the boardwalk for access to the beach and coffee shops at Marcoola and a quick walk to the local shops and take away places! Our dog loved the off leash area on the beach.

Loved the location, everything was within walking distance and not a far drive into the city via uber.  

A beautiful and comfortable home in a great location. Our stay at The Duchess was fantastic. The house was beautifully presented, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was excellent, close to shops and cafes, and Erin was a great host — very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to others.

Will definitely become our drop and flop holiday destination. It’s absolutely like the pictures, no hidden secrets just a beautiful place to relax and recharge. 5 minute beautiful stroll to main St.

Magical View! As usual we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Rocks. The weather was kind to us and the morning swim in the pool was invigorating. Will be back next year.

What can I say..we had the absolute best time at this stunning oroperty. Everything was perfect for our extended family trip 11 year old -82 years young. So much space to be together but just as much space to have quiet escapes. The sunrises were perfect, and the outdoor space left us feeling relaxed but gave the kids plenty of space to play. The short walk to the restaurants and bars made it easy to grab a dinner or two out, and the kitchen facilities were great for large family style meals.

The property is spacious and very pleasant. The hosts were truly lovely, always quick to respond and available for anything we needed. When we ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets, we messaged them and they promptly sent us more. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We are grateful for every moment we spent there and wish the hosts all the best

Beautiful home in a quiet and private spot next to the beach. Communication was friendly and responsive, and were happy to facilitate early check in which was great. Thoroughly recommended.
