House was fantastic for our family holiday. Great size bedrooms and bathrooms with lots of room for the kids. Pool was a hit with the kids and once you got used to the hill climb to the house was easy walk to the beach

We had an outstanding stay at The Pool House. The home is close to the beach and spotless, comfortable, and genuinely family‑friendly, stocked with plenty of kids’ toys and games. The pool‑and‑spa setup is resort‑caliber—easily one of the largest and nicest we’ve experienced in a private home, comparable to several top‑rated hotels. Libby (the property manager) and Taylor were polite, outgoing, and incredibly supportive, offering clear guidance on every amenity—especially the pool and spa, which are conveniently controlled through a digital app on the in‑home iPad. We left relaxed and impressed, and we plan to return next year on our usual trip to the area.

Great location and price, would stay again. Plenty of room for groups. Great close location. Fabulous view. Eclectic decor.

Seaside haven Thanks to the owners for a wonderful welcome gift and providing such a superb residence by the most amazing coastline within a short walk. Spacious residence with all the comforts of home. Quiet area. restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Nice place to chill and regroup on our trip

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home. The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Fantastic location in the heart of Kings Beach. A couple min walk to the beach and sea water pool. Close to cafes and parks and playgrounds. The apartment building is brand new and as such everything inside is new! Everything you could needs for a holiday was provided so we had a great 5 days and look forward to staying again! Thanks to Emily from Belle who was super responsive and very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved staying in this house! Great space. All amenities that needed! Great for kids with addition to trampoline, pool, board games. Easy walk to beach and cafe! Lifesaving club had great meals! Great location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat as we all loved it! Belle Escapes made it super easy! Thankyou

This was an amazing house and absolutely perfect for a relaxing family holiday. It is spacious, the pool is lovely and it has everything we needed for our time away. Everything was really clean and the house is well set-up for (young) kids, with plenty of toys and books to keep them entertained (when not in the pool!) We would love to return

A great family holiday close to the beach Positive: Ground floor access was great, as was the location of the BBQ which we used several times over our 2 week stay. Bed was very comfortable. Negative: Lack of air-conditioning in warmer weather

Great get away wish we had longer there definitely be back. The location was fantastic water views from every balcony and the rooftop was just amazing Also can’t speak more highly of the group that manage this property helpfully above and beyond makes the difference between a good stay and a great one.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! Sometimes photos are deceiving on Airbnb posts, but this apartment exceeded our expectations! It was a very large space, incredibly clean, well equipped and just a lovely space. The roof top access was great to enjoy a dinner with an amazing view, and the area was honestly very quiet considering you’re near the Gabba. Erin was absolutely amazing and helpful, and was always quick to respond. Would recommend this lovely stay to anyone visiting Brisbane or even locals wanting to stay closer to the city for a weekend

This house is one of my favorite Airbnb’s I have stayed in. I have young kids and it was very accommodating to my family. Waking up in the morning with kangaroos grazing out side and through out the neighborhood was beautiful to see. Restaurants were just a short walk away. This house is worth it!
