Great place to share with the whole family.
There was plenty of space for the whole family group of 9 and the ammenities were great. Everything we needed was there for a wonderful stay. The views were spectacular and the deck was lovely to sit on when the sun was out.
Negative: There was an awful septic smell in the laundry room the whole time we were there.

The location and views were fantastic, apartment very clean and had everything you needed. only thing to let it downs was there was no mention the apartment was located within the Oaks Pier.

Beautiful location, close to the beach and not far away from the little town. House could use a deep clean and some new fresh bedding, kitchen utensils etc. Overall ok, I understand school holiday pricing is a bit higher than usual so our expectations were probably too high for what we got

This is our 4th stay in this amazing house. Bedrooms are clean and spacious, kitchen is well equipped and the air con is excellent for those hot days. The bbq and pool area is nice to relax around with the back gate meeting the boardwalk directly to the flagged beach. Coolum Holidays are wonderful to deal with and are very helpful with any requests. We will return

Thank you for our amazing stay !!! We were two couples and the place had everything and more for us, honestly couldn’t have been happier with the home. We also LOVED the spa :)) Great walking distance to the shops and esplanade. Great recommendations and tips too ! Will definitely come back again

The house is a lovely space that’s perfect for a trip away with friends, the location is right beside the beach and 25 minute walk to the town. The communication from the owner/manager was perfect and they gave us an early check in / late check out upon request.

Loved our stay in Byron Bay. The apartment was great - felt almost like there was an ensuite per bedroom which was perfect, and heaps of room for the little one to run around! Note, there is some noise that comes up from the restaurants / surrounds but wouldn’t deter us from staying again Easy walk to the shops and beach too
