This first floor apartment is part of a fairly small, quiet "resort" with a nice tropical garden and a nice heated pool. It is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach with a nice little outdoor cafe across the road. My partner and I found it spacious but it may feel less spacious if more people were staying there. Antje was very responsive when a problem arose: the hot water stopped one night but was repaired first thing the next morning

We had 11 of us stay this past weekend. Wow, when you walk in the door! Spotlessly clean, modern and spacious! What a wonderful place to stay and value for money. Will definitely book this house again!

The rooftop was beyond amazing. There were loads of really considered little touches, like board games and books. And the kitchen had everything.
Negative - The showers need to have better heads. But everything else was sensational.

Fantastic if you have a boat.
Lovely place, close to everything and we loved that we could moar the boats out the back.
Negative: The place is beautiful but was a bit cold as not much sun, we had to have the heater on most of the time.

Great location, great apartment.
Very nice apartment, the room was easy to access, great size, beds comfortable, clean & tidy with all the amenities we needed. Parking was a bonus, also easy to access & a bonus that it didn't cost extra. The location was great, just across from the beach, close to restaurants.
Shower was very small.

Amazing view!! A small thing was having no air conditioning, we had a 38 degree day & the place was a hot box! Aircon would be so nice, it was hard to sleep as it was so hot. Also, the towel company came in before 10am of check out & left the front door open which was a bit intrusive. I LOVED the private rooftop!! Soo cool! Amazing location.
We had a great two night stay in Kings Beach. The accommodation is in a small secure unit block and is well appointed and styled. The property is located in an excellent position which allows you to walk to a range of local restaurants, coffee shops, the Kings Beach Surf Club and the beach. Emily from the Belle Property Escapes team was our main point of contact and she was amazing from the moment we booked. We’ll definitely be back

We loved every minute of it. Being able to have everyone together and yet a private space for everyone in their own beautiful rooms & so many lounge around areas in and out . Kids loved the pool and trampoline & everything was safe & visual. The entire home was so relaxing with plush & natural textures a real recharge time for us all.
Location was good, unit clean and comfortable for two. Table outside was a nice touch. No instant coffee, just pods.
Great location, the apartment was immaculate and comfortable. Hosts were proactive and helpful. Would highly recommend this apartment, especially during the Holiday seasons and Caloundra music festival
