Coastal luxury holiday home rentals.

We have both been very impressed with last year and this year's holiday at "The Rocks" Coolum Beach. Prime position with great views and easy walking distance to the beach, all restaurants, shops etc. Staff amazing Sue really looked after us when rebooking us last year and Jackie the same for next year. The rooftop was beyond amazing. There were loads of really considered little touches, like board games and books. And the kitchen had everything. Negative - The showers need to have better heads. But everything else was sensational.

Immaculate, beautiful property with plenty of thought into fun; table tennis, pool table, basketball hoop, pool lounges as well as enjoying meals outside and relaxing in the alfresco area. Ample essential items and welcome basket made the stay a home away from home.

My extended family and I stayed at Erin's place recently and had a lovely time. The house was very comfortable with great bedding and lots of extra blankets and pillows. There were nice amenities in the bathrooms and laundry and basics provided jn the kitchen. There is a Weber BBQ outside which we used and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans/air fryer/sandwich toaster etc. We couldn't work out exactly which garage we were able to use but it was easy enough to park on the street.

My guests and I had an amazing time at The Lookout and The Hideaway. The duplexes were spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Accessing the property was incredibly easy. Instead of keys, we were provided access codes, which made it convenient for everyone to come and go as they pleased – a real plus for a group of our size. The location is fantastic – you can walk to the beach directly through the back gate or take a short drive to explore other amazing beaches in the area.

The property was fantastic for a weekend getaway - impeccably clean and had great shared spaces for a group weekend.

Beautiful holiday home to relax in style and comfort. Positive: The house was beautifully presented and equipped with everything. So many lovely little extra’s to make the stay extra special. Negative: A little far from Huski and the beaches. Weren’t able to use the bbq due to no gas

Fantastic location, nice and clean and had everything we needed. Had a great time in Cairns, We did hire a car, but we could of walked to majority of the places that we wanted to go to. The car park was easy and fairly spacious. Could see the cruise ship from the apartment which was a bonus, not at all loud. Pool, spa and sauna was nice too. All beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Washing machine, drier and dishwasher all worked well. Lounge was comfortable too. We just opened the sliding doors and let the fresh sea breeze come through. Oh and gorgeous ocean view too. We will definitely stay here again

Great place to stay in Cairns, walking distance to everything in town.

We had 11 of us stay this past weekend. Wow, when you walk in the door! Spotlessly clean, modern and spacious! What a wonderful place to stay and value for money. Will definitely book this house again!
