Coastal luxury holiday home rentals.

The house is nicely located, across from bush and walking tracks with friendly neighbours. It’s large and has lots of space for a big group. Bathroom very clean. Unfortunately other aspects of the house were very dirty. The lounge furniture was stained, the pool dirty, bbq unusably dirty and pots and cutlery (in cutlery drawer) very dirty with dried food. We had to clean the pool before use and wash pots and cutlery before use which was very disappointing. This didn’t match expectations nor the effort of the landlord to otherwise make the home comfortable and well presented. The managing agent did reimburse the cleaning fee following complaint.

Absolutely beautiful!

This home is seriously stunning! So spacious, beautifully styled, and in the best location. We walked everywhere. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Wish we had booked a longer stay. Positive: The unit was perfectly equipped and spotless. We loved the secure car parking and the location. Luxury appointments in both bathroom and kitchen with a large balcony was appreciated. Negative: Some traffic noise at times but overall quiet guests and location.

Our stay at this beautiful Palm Cove house was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. We were a family of 8 including a toddler, and the home was the perfect size for us! The highlight for us was definitely the stunning pool, which was amazing. It was the best place to relax after a hot day out and about exploring. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We loved being able to take a short, leisurely stroll to the esplanade, where we had a fantastic selection of restaurants (Nunu being our favourite!!) to choose from for dinner each night. The proximity to the beautiful beach made morning walks and sunset views a daily ritual and taking our little one to the local park after grabbing our morning coffees. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly helpful online and were very prompt with replies to any questions we had. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend!

Really happy with this place. Very well-appointed apartment, has everything you need and all the little touches. So close to the beach, restaurants etc. The neighbours are so friendly, we loved lounging by the pool and getting to know everyone. Will be back

Good stay with the family!

Perfect place for a getaway. We love the location. I have stayed at Il Palazzo about 10 times. Plastic chairs on the balcony not enjoyable though. We will come back again.

Great apartment in a super convenient spot

We had 11 of us stay this past weekend. Wow, when you walk in the door! Spotlessly clean, modern and spacious! What a wonderful place to stay and value for money. Will definitely book this house again!

Positive: A spacious modern apartment with a lovely swimming pool right on the beach in Palm Cove. Ideal Negative: A greeting letter with a bottle of wine always says “welcome guest”. It was a shame that the entry and exit felt such a “do it yourself affair”!

We had an outstanding stay at The Pool House. The home is close to the beach and spotless, comfortable, and genuinely family‑friendly, stocked with plenty of kids’ toys and games. The pool‑and‑spa setup is resort‑caliber—easily one of the largest and nicest we’ve experienced in a private home, comparable to several top‑rated hotels. Libby (the property manager) and Taylor were polite, outgoing, and incredibly supportive, offering clear guidance on every amenity—especially the pool and spa, which are conveniently controlled through a digital app on the in‑home iPad. We left relaxed and impressed, and we plan to return next year on our usual trip to the area.
