Amazing and beautiful home right by the beach! Definitely recommend for anyone with big groups!

Loved our family stay here and we’ll be back for sure!

The palace is just as the name suggests- a true palace. The house and location are spectacular. The hosts are responsive to questions as well. The layout is great for a large group or family as all the rooms are private with their own bathroom. The common area is also amazing with a large central kitchen for making fun group meals and two sizable separate sitting areas. The decorating is over the top in a very special and unique way with every detail thought of to help you escape and appreciate the local culture. We were blown away!

Fantastic stay, we were close to all the sights of the Sunshine coast. The property was roomy, clean, and exceeded my expectations.

Wish we had booked a longer stay Positive: The unit was perfectly equipped and spotless. We loved the secure car parking and the location. Luxury appointments in both bathroom and kitchen with a large balcony was appreciated. Negative: Some traffic noise at times but overall quiet guests and location.

Walking to the beach and enjoying the deck in the evenings were highlights. Thank you for a great family stay.

View and comfortable beds

Great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle but still close to the snow in Thredbo and Perisher/ Guthega. Plenty of places to walk in the bush surrounding, abundant bird and wildlife to photograph. Stunning views of the snowy mountain tops. Perfect comfortable accommodation to relax and get away from it all.

We have both been very impressed with last year and this year's holiday at "The Rocks" Coolum Beach. Prime position with great views and easy walking distance to the beach, all restaurants, shops etc. Staff amazing Sue really looked after us when rebooking us last year and Jackie the same for next year. Amazing view!! A small thing was having no air conditioning, we had a 38 degree day & the place was a hot box! Aircon would be so nice, it was hard to sleep as it was so hot. Also, the towel company came in before 10am of check out & left the front door open which was a bit intrusive. I LOVED the private rooftop!! Soo cool! Amazing location.

WOW. We had no idea this property was in such an amazing location. So much so that all the locals know where you are staying when you say we are staying at the palace at Trinity Beach. The house was better than expected. So private and has everything you need for an amazing holiday. We went several generations of the family and there was something for everyone. If you book here you will be so glad you did. Walkable to coffee and tons of great restaurants! Fantastic property

A beautiful and comfortable home in a great location. Our stay at The Duchess was fantastic. The house was beautifully presented, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was excellent, close to shops and cafes, and Erin was a great host — very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to others.

Perfect family getaway! This house is large with spectacular views. Lots of comfy lounges, and separate areas for communing. Open fire, well equiped kitchen, games and books. Situated between, Jindabyne, Thredbo and Perisher with a gin distillery nearby - perfect. Enjoy the wildlife - wallabies, eagles and a Flame Robin!
