Location perfect. Excellent pool and amenities. Highly recommended
The accommodation was beautiful and had everything we required for our stay, and the area and position was perfect.
However we were very disappointed as it was advertised with a “sea view” which we could only see by hanging out over the balcony or on the extreme left side of the bedroom window.
Also just a comment re the television in the lounge, it continued to play up for the whole time we were there.
Jemma was aware of the problem it was just very temperamental when you tried to turn it on.
Has its own parking spot, close to the village and easy to get free shuttle busses around
Spacious house in a walkable distance to beach and local restaurants. Kids loved playing in a swimming pool. I recommend this place for family groups

Great communication with the manager and easy to collect the keys from a combination lock. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage and well illuminated. The two lounges allowed for some of us to get some quiet time, both lounges had large TV's. The wifi worked great with 6 adults tapping into it. The individual room heaters and the gas heater in the main lounge allowed for a very comfortable stay. Lots of parking for three large cars and we made wonderful pizzas in the outside wood oven, like all ovens, it took about 4 hours and almost 40kgs of wood to get to temperature which is normal for such a large oven. Having said that you could still cook in it the following morning from the residual heat. We will be back as it was a great home for our entire family to gather.

We loved our stay and the house is just beautiful. The living spaces were perfect and allowed us privacy and communal spaces to come together and enjoy our holiday. The pool was perfect, kitchen perfect and the beds super comfortable. We loved the quiet sanctuary style of the house but also loved the short walk to the heart of Palm Cove, we were sad to leave

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Unit 4 Tuscany Shores – everything about this apartment made our holiday unforgettable. The beds were comfortable, the appliances modern and easy to use, and all the thoughtful extras really added a special touch. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again soon!

An incredible option for a weekend escape with a larger group! Such a unique yet very comfortable and tidy house, with multiple levels and outdoor spaces creating a fun and dynamic space. Would highly recommend and would certainly rebook if I was in the area again!
We had a fantastic stay at Belle Escapes Coolum Noosa Marcoola. The property was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located close to the beach, shops, and cafes. Everything was exactly as described, and check-in was smooth and easy. Our family loved spending time in Coolum. It’s such a beautiful, relaxed spot with plenty to do, yet still feels peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Sunshine Coast getaway
Erin is a great host, easy to deal with and very helpful, definitely recommend Soleil on Jonson, a very well appointed 2 bedroom, fairly new apartment. Close to all amenities and walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and also the beach is really accessible within 25 minutes walking or 5 minutes driving. To top it all off the weather is milder and quite inviting
