Getting to the property was very easy to find, lockbox worked perfectly, room was incredibly cosy and modern. Nice and modern, very comfortable. Negative: Car space was a bit tight considering most people drive 4wd down to the snow

We had a wonderful week staying at this property in Caloundra with our two small children. The apartment was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. It was also very well equipped for cooking which made mealtimes easy. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. While the apartment is situated near a roundabout and can be a bit noisy at times the soundproofing was excellent once everything was closed up for the night. Communication with the hosts was seamless, and check-in/check-out was super easy. Overall, excellent value for money, we would absolutely stay again!

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed - despite Palm Cove being a short walk through the rainforest path away - we never wanted to leave. Coffees available within a short drive from early every morning, major supermarkets 10 or 15 minutes away for the big shop to then make use of the excellent kitchen, undercover bbq or multiple dining spaces including poolside. This house was immaculate, set in a peaceful and meticulous estate, even with a local gym if you need it (about $18 for a casual visit). Hosts were extremely professional and friendly, explaining everything perfectly. We felt it was our own home.

We have both been very impressed with last year and this year's holiday at "The Rocks" Coolum Beach. Prime position with great views and easy walking distance to the beach, all restaurants, shops etc. Staff amazing Sue really looked after us when rebooking us last year and Jackie the same for next year. A lovely apartment in an excellent position with a stunning view over the grammar school and the lake. Positive: The situation was exceptional with a sensational view over the lake towards the North. The rooms were comfortably furnished and well equipped. Parking was available in a private garage under the building. Negative: Nothing substantial but a couple of very minor issues which could and should have been picked up and fixed when the apartment was prepared for letting.

This place is better then the photos! so relaxing, and beautiful views. you can lie in bed and watch the sunrise! kitchen well stock, bedroom all great sizes. track by the house to the beach. walking distance to restaurants. highly recommend.
