Positive: Unbeatable location in the middle of the village. We loved the direct access to the square (and shops/restaurants/pub) from the property. Views of the mountains from the window. Layout and configuration is great too. Love the mud room where you could hang coats and keep shoes in. Bathroom was fabulous- clean, modern and large. Great they the added sliding doors to separate the bed and living space - very clever. Excellent amount of storage space. Easy check in process. Negative: The sofa bed needs fixing/replacing. Access to the carpark was slightly challenging but quite spacious once in there. Can't fault anything else.

We had an outstanding stay at The Pool House. The home is close to the beach and spotless, comfortable, and genuinely family‑friendly, stocked with plenty of kids’ toys and games. The pool‑and‑spa setup is resort‑caliber—easily one of the largest and nicest we’ve experienced in a private home, comparable to several top‑rated hotels. Libby (the property manager) and Taylor were polite, outgoing, and incredibly supportive, offering clear guidance on every amenity—especially the pool and spa, which are conveniently controlled through a digital app on the in‑home iPad. We left relaxed and impressed, and we plan to return next year on our usual trip to the area.

Amazing! Positives - It was very clean and everything was tidy. The espresso machine and microwave were easy to use, and the furniture was new and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great. Negatives - It's a little far from the city center so it might be best to have a car.
Perfect family getaway! This house is large with spectacular views. Lots of comfy lounges, and separate areas for communing. Open fire, well equiped kitchen, games and books. Situated between, Jindabyne, Thredbo and Perisher with a gin distillery nearby - perfect. Enjoy the wildlife - wallabies, eagles and a Flame Robin!

The spacious unit, the comfortable bed and the full service kitchen. Negative: It was a shuttle ride to and from the mountain. Parking was tricky when loading the car.

Cosy and comfortable for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids under 6 Great communication with the manager and easy to collect the keys from a combination lock. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage and well illuminated. The two lounges allowed for some of us to get some quiet time, both lounges had large TV's. The wifi worked great with 6 adults tapping into it. The individual room heaters and the gas heater in the main lounge allowed for a very comfortable stay. Lots of parking for three large cars and we made wonderful pizzas in the outside wood oven, like all ovens, it took about 4 hours and almost 40kgs of wood to get to temperature which is normal for such a large oven. Having said that you could still cook in it the following morning from the residual heat. We will be back as it was a great home for our entire family to gather.

We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here — the location couldn’t be better! Everything is within walking distance — the beach, shops, cafes and an abundance of dining options. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family of four (with two energetic boys!) needed for a relaxing beach holiday. The pool was also a welcome luxury after a big day out. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at 34 Boardrider. The house was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor areas and spent a lot of time sitting by the pool or relaxing on the balcony. The location was fantastic— a short walk to the beach and with an awesome café right around the corner. We also appreciated the very generous welcome gifts. They were such a lovely surprise and really set the tone for our wonderful holiday. 100% recommend this house - one of the best!

Amazing view!! A small thing was having no air conditioning, we had a 38 degree day & the place was a hot box! Aircon would be so nice, it was hard to sleep as it was so hot. Also, the towel company came in before 10am of check out & left the front door open which was a bit intrusive. I LOVED the private rooftop!! Soo cool! Amazing location.

A lovely apartment in an excellent position with a stunning view over the grammar school and the lake. Positive: The situation was exceptional with a sensational view over the lake towards the North. The rooms were comfortably furnished and well equipped. Parking was available in a private garage under the building. Negative: Nothing substantial but a couple of very minor issues which could and should have been picked up and fixed when the apartment was prepared for letting.

We were very happy with our stay, very comfortable. The flat/apartment is well appointed and the complex was pretty quiet. Cafes are nearby, the beach is a couple blocks away, Cole’s supermarket is across the street. We relaxed in the pool in the complex as well as on the balcony of the flat and on the soft recliner sofas inside! We decided we’d picked the perfect place.

Fantastic location, right over the lake. The unit has been recently renovated to a high standard. The photos are accurate, it is exactly as depicted. Very comfortable bed, soft plush lounge, good size bathroom, shower has rain head as well as a shower rose, and a washer/dryer. Very good supply of cutlery, crockery and utensils in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay, we will return and highly recommend to anyone who wants to be in the centre of town with great views

Highest praise I can give is the fact that we've already re-booked for 2024! The house had everything we needed. Decent sized pool (which got both sun and shade at various times of day). You could easily live downstairs and outside all day (always good to have a downstairs bathroom), and only venture upstairs at bedtime. And easy walk to the off-leash section of the beach (not to mention a great cafe, and shops)!

Negative: Not enough towels, toilet rolls and everyday cleaning products. Garden maintenance turned up really early twice in one week.

A cozy, stylish and modern place to stay which has a lovely view. Positive: The apartment was very comfortable and tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you would need for a quick getaway to Jindabyne. The view from the apartment and overall feel is lovely. I would recommend this apartment to friends as a great place to stay. Negative: The bathroom while functional needs a little repair. There are a few tiles loose on the floor. A new blind or curtains are needed to cover the window.

Great! Positive: Location was excellent, the pool facilities were great, the apartment was very comfortable. Great for sleeping and great balcony. Negative: The WiFi was patchy and slow.
Whistler 1 was a wonderful place to rent in Jindabyne - once we found where it was. Even in broad daylight finding the right property was a challenge. The search was well worth the effort as the accommodation, equipment and furnishings were all excellent. Even if these things hadn’t been top notch the expansive view over the lake from all the windows would have more than made up for any deficiencies - had there been any. Highly recommended without reservation.

Best location in Palm Cove, lovely resort/ facilities. Spacious apartment with everything you need, loved the two bathrooms. Apartment is over two levels (2nd&3rd floor) and access only via stairs. No problem for us but may be tricky for people with lots of luggage/ poor mobility. Balcony is perfect spot to watch the sky turn pink through the palm trees 🌴 Would love to come back 😊

This house is one of my favorite Airbnb’s I have stayed in. I have young kids and it was very accommodating to my family. Waking up in the morning with kangaroos grazing out side and through out the neighborhood was beautiful to see. Restaurants were just a short walk away. This house is worth it!

So thankful for the experience we had. We flew from SA for the first time with our 1 year old son. We were looked after so well to make the trip easier and less stressful. Everything was perfect, beautiful home so close to Palm cove water front. Amazing, we can’t wait to come back again. Thank you endlessly to the hosts…you’ve outdone yourselves

Great place to stay while enjoying Cairns. Restaurants right downstairs, we couldn’t hear any other guests through the stay, the pool was lovely and the apartment very comfortable. We met the owner in the lift and she was lovely too. Couldn’t check out late but Belle let us store our bags which was nice. Thank you!  
Alexandra Lindsay - 25/10/25 — 14 Harbour Lights with Tranquil Ocean Views
Great position, close to beach, shops and eateries. The first floor was perfect as we had direct and easy access to backyard and pool. It felt like our own personal space and was great with a 2 year old. Good accom for family. Recommendations I would make is that a blackout blind be installed in the main bedroom as it was very bright during the night ( lights from around building) and early in the morning The garden, bbq area could be updated or improved . ( Body corporate matter)
