About Unit 2 ‘The Rocks’

Enjoy a stunning patrolled surf beach right across the road, restaurants and shops just a short stroll down a coastal boardwalk and easy access by car or public transport to a myriad of Sunshine Coast attractions.

The apartment is well appointed with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a covered balcony overlooking the ocean as well as an additional balcony at the rear. Two bedrooms have queen beds, with the master featuring an ensuite and a third bedroom with two single beds. A family bathroom features both a bath and shower.

With a communal swimming pool and BBQ area, all linen supplied and baby items such as a cot, high chair etc available for hire, this apartment is sure to provide all the comforts of home in a beautiful beachside location.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property and there is absolutely no smoking allowed.

No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions, and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.
Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.
Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.
Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.

The location was great. The property needed an upgrade the water pressure was poor in the shower. The fly screen kept falling off some kitchen cupboards were hard to open. No face washers provided
