Spread over two levels, the ground floor layout includes an open plan design encompassing the kitchen, living and dining rooms with air-conditioned comfort. The contemporary kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, while the living and dining space includes a TV for holiday downtime and a dining nook bathed in sunlight from the large bay window overlooking the lawn area. There is also a bathroom with fully equipped laundry on the ground level. Relax indoors or take an easy stroll across the road to the restaurants and cafes along Coolum Esplanade or down to the patrolled beach and nearby rock pools for a day on the sand.

Upstairs has two queen sized bedrooms both with air-conditioning (cooling & heating), ceiling fans and built in robes and a bathroom. The master bedroom also has a TV and balcony access. Additional features of this fabulous holiday unit include timber look flooring and a single carport for guest use during your stay.
