The 1st level features open plan living area with lounge, kitchen, dining, powder room and balcony. The lower level features the laundry and access by stairs (no hand rail on stairs) to the second Pavilion.

The second Pavilion features 3 Bedrooms all opening onto a balcony and 2 bathrooms.

*This property is suited to children over the age of 5 years plus due to garden ponds not fenced, pool mote and no hand railings on stairs leading down to the bedroom pavilion.
