Inside, the home features three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering a relaxed and comfortable stay for families or small groups. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the open living area flows seamlessly to a private outdoor space. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy a drink as you soak in the filtered water views over Jervis Bay and listen to the sounds of native birdlife.

The property offers ample off-street driveway parking – with plenty of space to park a boat – making it ideal for guests who want to explore the bay by water.
