For your convenience, the key will be placed in an off-site lockbox, allowing you to check in at any time that suits you—day or night.
Fire Safety:
The apartment is fitted with a monitored fire alarm system. If triggered, emergency services will be dispatched, and a minimum fee of $1200 may apply (guest's responsibility).
Cleanliness:
If you’re not satisfied with the apartment’s cleanliness upon arrival, message us within 6 hours, and we’ll send our cleaners back.
Please note: refunds will not be issued if this opportunity is declined.

Check-Out:
Please leave the apartment tidy. Excess cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.

Baby Gear:
Cots, highchairs, and baby baths are available for $20 per item (limited stock—please request in advance).

Luggage Storage:
Currently, we do not offer this service.

Lost & Found:
We hold items for 2 weeks. Postage can be arranged at your cost.
