Fire Safety:
The apartment is fitted with a monitored fire alarm system. If triggered, emergency services will be dispatched, and a minimum fee of $1200 may apply (guest's responsibility).
Cleanliness:
If you’re not satisfied with the apartment’s cleanliness upon arrival, message us within 6 hours, and we’ll send our cleaners back.

Check-Out:
Please leave the apartment tidy. Excess cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
