We recently rented the house for 7 adults and it was beyond our expectations. It is a stunning home in a stunning location! It was extremely clean and we all enjoyed our time there. I would love to stay again, if given the opportunity!

Perfect for little babies.
This property was perfect! It was so clean and tidy. We had a nearly 1 year old with us and we only had to lightly baby proof the area. They even provided some little toys for him that got plenty of use.
The position of property was perfect for what we needed and it was also beautifully well stocked.
We definitely recommend staying here and we will also be booking it again.

Had some issues with the fridge upon arrival, owners were very apologetic and responsive, and a new fridge was delivered within 24hrs, very impressive service. Great place which fit our group of 15 comfortably.

A fantastic modern home with high end finishes. Perfect for a family holiday, located in a beautiful quiet street. We will definitely be returning and can’t recommend this place more highly. Such a pleasurable stay!

Positive: Well-designed house in a great location - proximity to beach, quiet residential area but not too far from shops and restaurants. Different zones within house and garden for large groups to spread out in. Really comfortable beds. Problem with broken door lock sorted very promptly.
Negative: Not enough towels, toilet rolls and everyday cleaning products. Garden maintenance turned up really early twice in one week.

The property is perfect for families. It was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The house has a stunning view of the lake and the firewood burner was fantastic.

Great location. Quiet at night and has very comfortable beds. Equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and all the amenities needed. Unfortunately, the balcony is not really usable as the air-conditioning unit it on it and blows out hot air. Also the living area is quite dark

It was a wonderful vacation for our extended family. The accommodations were excellent, with a spacious living room, clean kitchen, and lovely bedrooms. The kids also enjoyed the BBQ and the well-maintained pool. We had a few questions after booking, and she always responded quickly. Great host! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Smithfield, the house had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. It is a little bit out of town but if you have a car it’s not far to go palm beach, cairns central etc. great entertaining area, bbq & pool and pool table is great too. Perfect house to enjoy with friends and family

The location was absolutely stunning and right on the beach. Good parking and very easily accessible. Erin gave really clear instructions and was very helpful too. The house itself was lovely with a nice open plan living area with good size bedrooms all round and the pool area was nice and private!
