The house was clean and perfectly suited for two families, comfortably accommodating 4 adults and 5 children. The proximity to both the beach and inlet was unbeatable, and a leisurely stroll to Huskisson provided ample dining and shopping options. Highly recommended for a beach getaway!

The villa was amazing. The layout is great for parties because we all have our own separate bedroom and ensuite. The pool was a boon for us all, and the pool room was wonderful to keep the kids entertained and out of our hair. Also, the media room looked amazing. I didn't get to use it , but would have loved to if we had had more time there. It was such a lovely place to stay, and so much easier than staying as a group in a hotel. If felt that the owners had thought of all the little detail

We had a fantastic stay at Mer-Sea. The place was squeaky clean and had all the amenities you would need. The pool was definitely the highlight!

This home is a true gem! The location is perfect, right across from the beach and within easy walking distance to great cafes and local shops. The house itself is beautifully styled and thoughtfully designed, with brand new bathrooms and super comfortable beds that made it feel like a boutique retreat. The outdoor area is a standout feature – a huge pool, expansive yard, and even a pizza oven, which made for fun and memorable evenings. It felt like home away from home. You can really tell how much care has gone into creating this space. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, unwind, and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend and would absolutely love to come back!

Fantastic location. The dishwasher broken whilst staying there and Meg was great at assisting with everything. Quick to respond and have solutions. Tried everything she could to get it up and running which was appreciated.

This was a fantastic property for 2 families on a ski trip. Walking distance to town and pubs, great kitchen facilities and lovely large living area for relaxing after a day on the snow. We had a great time and will return

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful, along with the pool and the amazing view of the mountains. You’re a very short stroll to the beach, cafes and restaurants, and only about a 20 minute drive into Cairns. The host was excellent and the house was easy to access, along with being exactly as listed. We’ll definitely be back!

Great stay.

This was perfect for our family get together with 4 good bedrooms and great social area for us to spend time catching up. The house itself was better than expected and the location was so peaceful. We were located near a quiet part of the beach with beautifully clear water. We would definitely come again

5/5 – A Perfect Tropical Getaway Our stay at Antje’s property was absolutely wonderful! The home is modern, spacious, and beautifully maintained — everything felt fresh, clean, and inviting from the moment we arrived. The private pool area was a highlight — surrounded by lush greenery, it created a peaceful tropical retreat where we spent hours relaxing and cooling off. The outdoor setup with the barbecue, lounge area, and ambient lighting made for perfect evenings. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable, with thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the house. Antje was a fantastic host — very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location was quiet yet close enough to everything we needed, making it easy to unwind and explore at our own pace. We did notice the white cue ball was missing from the pool table, so we couldn’t play as planned, but that was only a tiny detail in what was otherwise a perfect stay. We’d absolutely love to come back again

Great get away wish we had longer there definitely be back. The location was fantastic water views from every balcony and the rooftop was just amazing Also can’t speak more highly of the group that manage this property helpfully above and beyond makes the difference between a good stay and a great one.
