Great place to share with the whole family. There was plenty of space for the whole family group of 9 and the ammenities were great. Everything we needed was there for a wonderful stay. The views were spectacular and the deck was lovely to sit on when the sun was out. Negative: There was an awful septic smell in the laundry room the whole time we were there.

Great place to stay!

Best location in Palm Cove, lovely resort/ facilities. Spacious apartment with everything you need, loved the two bathrooms. Apartment is over two levels (2nd&3rd floor) and access only via stairs. No problem for us but may be tricky for people with lots of luggage/ poor mobility. Balcony is perfect spot to watch the sky turn pink through the palm trees. Would love to come back

We stayed at The Duchess for nearly a week, and were sad to have to leave. It’s a beautiful home with every mod con you could hope for, located in a quiet, peaceful street but not from the M1 for getting around easily. Was perfect for our family vacation, and we hope to stay again soon

Our group really enjoyed our stay. Accommodation had lots of little amenities that made the stay hassle free. Lovely home and well suited to our bigger group that needed lots of beds.

We had an amazing stay. It’s modern, clean, and fully equipped with all amenities. The pool was definitely a highlight. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Positive: Unbeatable location in the middle of the village. We loved the direct access to the square (and shops/restaurants/pub) from the property. Views of the mountains from the window. Layout and configuration is great too. Love the mud room where you could hang coats and keep shoes in. Bathroom was fabulous- clean, modern and large. Great they the added sliding doors to separate the bed and living space - very clever. Excellent amount of storage space. Easy check in process. Negative: The sofa bed needs fixing/replacing. Access to the carpark was slightly challenging but quite spacious once in there. Can't fault anything else.

Short beautiful bush trail to the beach, the house is like an adventure! 5 storeys high, a roof top to star gaze and veranda surrounded by beautiful native trees. The house is very fun!

Perfect spot in Thredbo village.

Perfect place to stay with the family. Great space, great view, great host, great location!

Wish we had booked a longer stay. Positive: The unit was perfectly equipped and spotless. We loved the secure car parking and the location. Luxury appointments in both bathroom and kitchen with a large balcony was appreciated. Negative: Some traffic noise at times but overall quiet guests and location.

Cosy and comfortable for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids under 6 Great communication with the manager and easy to collect the keys from a combination lock. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage and well illuminated. The two lounges allowed for some of us to get some quiet time, both lounges had large TV's. The wifi worked great with 6 adults tapping into it. The individual room heaters and the gas heater in the main lounge allowed for a very comfortable stay. Lots of parking for three large cars and we made wonderful pizzas in the outside wood oven, like all ovens, it took about 4 hours and almost 40kgs of wood to get to temperature which is normal for such a large oven. Having said that you could still cook in it the following morning from the residual heat. We will be back as it was a great home for our entire family to gather.

Would gladly stay again Lovely well appointed and refurbished apartment in a convenient location. Nice views of the lake. Nice furnishings. Washer/dryer. Great wifi and tv. Reserved parking for the unit just outside the door.

Enjoyable stay, amazing mountain views, would stay. comfortable apartment with all the amenities. Well stocked kitchen and appliances. Having washer and dryer convenient. Many steps up and down each day but got easier each time. Friendly helpful staff

Absolutely Stunning! The apartment was outstanding with everything thing we needed to enjoy our wedding anniversary weekend. Everything was as described. Prime view of the river from balcony and the private rooftop was stunning!!! Unbelievable spot for relaxing with the spa, bbq, fridge for our drinks, tv and comfortable lounge. It was extremely Very hard to leave the place after staying for 4 days. The service from Belle escapes are sensational and went above and beyond for us I really cannot wait to come again.
