Positive: Great location. Big house. Comfy beds. Lots of utensils in big kitchen, everything you need for a family holiday. Negative: BBQ dirty, couldn't use it. Untidy backyard not well maintained.

We loved every minute of it. Being able to have everyone together and yet a private space for everyone in their own beautiful rooms & so many lounge around areas in and out . Kids loved the pool and trampoline & everything was safe & visual. The entire home was so relaxing with plush & natural textures a real recharge time for us all.

We had a wonderful three nights in this fabulous accommodation, with four generations of our family. Everything about the house was perfect. Would highly recommend , & the location was great also.

Beautiful location, close to the beach and not far away from the little town. House could use a deep clean and some new fresh bedding, kitchen utensils etc. Overall ok, I understand school holiday pricing is a bit higher than usual so our expectations were probably too high for what we got

Beautiful place to stay! Spotlessly clean, tidy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—especially travelling with six kids! The massive pantry and two fridges (including one upstairs) were a huge help. The bedrooms were spacious, and we really appreciated the abundance of pool towels, plus having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher made things so easy. Everything you could need for a few days away with kids. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Amazing views and great location to be in Palm Cove. Supermarket just behind resort which came in very handy. Bed was super comfortable and communication was 5 stars. Thanks

Just for future people staying, instructions for the stove top would have been great. Other than that, it was a pleasant place to stay

Immaculate, beautiful property with plenty of thought into fun; table tennis, pool table, basketball hoop, pool lounges as well as enjoying meals outside and relaxing in the alfresco area. Ample essential items and welcome basket made the stay a home away from home.

My guests and I had an amazing time at The Lookout and The Hideaway. The duplexes were spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Accessing the property was incredibly easy. Instead of keys, we were provided access codes, which made it convenient for everyone to come and go as they pleased – a real plus for a group of our size. The location is fantastic – you can walk to the beach directly through the back gate or take a short drive to explore other amazing beaches in the area.

Good stay with family and friends  

My extended family and I stayed at Erin's place recently and had a lovely time. The house was very comfortable with great bedding and lots of extra blankets and pillows. There were nice amenities in the bathrooms and laundry and basics provided jn the kitchen. There is a Weber BBQ outside which we used and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans/air fryer/sandwich toaster etc. We couldn't work out exactly which garage we were able to use but it was easy enough to park on the street.

Very clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated and maintained. Loved the pot plants and the undercover area out the back! Was even better than the photos which is rare. Thank you.

We have both been very impressed with last year and this year's holiday at "The Rocks" Coolum Beach. Prime position with great views and easy walking distance to the beach, all restaurants, shops etc. Staff amazing Sue really looked after us when rebooking us last year and Jackie the same for next year. We really appreciate this effort they put in as helps us immensely. Cheers from much cooler Tassie Maree+ Rob
