Pool was very clean and house was very clean as well. I would recommend this place for anyone trying to find a place to stay during their visit to Cairns.

The code was easy to use and double door makes you feel safe.

5/5 – A Perfect Tropical Getaway Our stay at Antje’s property was absolutely wonderful! The home is modern, spacious, and beautifully maintained — everything felt fresh, clean, and inviting from the moment we arrived. The private pool area was a highlight — surrounded by lush greenery, it created a peaceful tropical retreat where we spent hours relaxing and cooling off. The outdoor setup with the barbecue, lounge area, and ambient lighting made for perfect evenings. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable, with thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the house. Antje was a fantastic host — very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location was quiet yet close enough to everything we needed, making it easy to unwind and explore at our own pace. We did notice the white cue ball was missing from the pool table, so we couldn’t play as planned, but that was only a tiny detail in what was otherwise a perfect stay. We’d absolutely love to come back again

Great location and well set up for a large group. The space worked well for us and was convenient for what we needed. That said, the property could benefit from some maintenance. The heaters weren’t very effective, so it was often quite cold inside. The drying room also didn’t work well, leaving gear damp in the mornings. The shower curtains and bathroom ceiling had mould and mildue, which was not ideal. For a group of guys it wasn’t a big issue, but with a bit of investment in upkeep the place could be much more comfortable for everyone. Overall, we’d definitely stay again — just think the property has the potential to be even better with some attention to these details

We were very happy with the accommodation. It was clean, tidy and spacious. It was also in a great location. We highly recommend staying here. Antje was a great host.  

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa! The host was incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions or needs. The house itself was in excellent condition—spotlessly clean. Overall, the serene location, excellent cleanliness, and great communication from the host made this a great stay. Would recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful retreat close to nature! Just a small note: being in the middle of the wild, we did encounter some spiders, so a bit of caution at night is advised

The rooftop was beyond amazing. There were loads of really considered little touches, like board games and books. And the kitchen had everything. Negative - The showers need to have better heads. But everything else was sensational.

The spot was a perfect place for relaxing and being in the heart of Palm Cove. The pool and lush surrounds was fabulous for a swim and the clever design ensured private spaces if you wanted. A gorgeous getaway while enjoying NuNu and other great eats

Perfect family getaway! This house is large with spectacular views. Lots of comfy lounges, and separate areas for communing. Open fire, well equiped kitchen, games and books. Situated between, Jindabyne, Thredbo and Perisher with a gin distillery nearby - perfect. Enjoy the wildlife - wallabies, eagles and a Flame Robin!
