Perfect for little babies. This property was perfect! It was so clean and tidy. We had a nearly 1 year old with us and we only had to lightly baby proof the area. They even provided some little toys for him that got plenty of use. The position of property was perfect for what we needed and it was also beautifully well stocked. We definitely recommend staying here and we will also be booking it again.

The apartment was outstanding with everything thing needed to enjoy the stay. Everything was as described. Prime view of the river from balcony and the private rooftop was something else. Unbelievable spot for relaxing with the spa, bbq, fudge, tv and comfortable lounge. Very hard to leave the place after staying a couple days. It’s definitely at the top of the list of places I’ve stayed. Well done guys

The location couldn’t be better—waking up just steps from the beach was a dream. The spacious deck and heated pool were perfect for our lazy afternoons, and the BBQ and pizza oven were brand new; we loved cooking with them. The house is airy and beautifully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Being so close to local cafes and Yorkeys Knob Boating Club was really convenient. Whether it’s relaxing by the pool or enjoying the ocean breeze on the front porch, this place is paradise. Highly recommended - we’ll definitely be back!

Soul Beach House was amazing. It had all the essentials that we needed! There wasn’t a single thing we were dissatisfied about. Amazing place, close to the beach and met all our needs and expectations!

The location was absolutely stunning and right on the beach. Good parking and very easily accessible. Erin gave really clear instructions and was very helpful too. The house itself was lovely with a nice open plan living area with good size bedrooms all round and the pool area was nice and private!

A perfect home for multiple families. We had two toddlers and nanna with us, and had teenage cousins come visit during the day and this house was phenomenal catering to each age demographic perfectly. Huge pool for the big kids and adults with a long step that was perfect for the one year old to waddle around on and nanna to sit on. When we mentioned before arrival we had little kids the team were very responsive and helped out by getting multiple pool toys and a tiny baby pool that made all day play perfect. Incredibly well stocked house, so many appliances in the kitchen made eating in seamless and lots of food in cupboards. Excellent location  

The property is perfect for families. It was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The house has a stunning view of the lake and the firewood burner was fantastic.

The property is neat and tidy with plenty of room. Close to shops and easy to find. Nice size rooms and comfortable bedding. Only one common bathroom on the ground floor. Other bathroom on second floor in on suite. Heating through out and great garage with laundry facilities. Only down side A bit expensive and very late check in 4pm.

Family Perfection! This home was amazing for our family getaway. The upstairs retreat gave us some privacy, and the kids loved the lounge setup with Foxtel. We’ll be back!

Beautifully furnished home in a quiet street that was well positioned to get about. The dark coloured pool was a perfect temperature in the afternoons (we stayed at the end of August), and the high quality fit out (including soda stream, yeti cups and holders, and Global knives as a personal highlight), were thoroughly enjoyed. We did have some accessibility issues with no hand rails on the stairs, into the pool, or in the slippery downstairs shower, but overall we had a great time at Jila and hope to come back one day.

Would highly recommend if you have a boat, pets or children. We will definitely be staying again. We had such a relaxing time.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sinclair! It had everything we needed, with great amenities, comfortable beds, and a fantastic location that made it easy to get around Brisbane. Thank you for being such a thoughtful host — we really appreciated it and would happily stay again!

My extended family and I stayed at Erin's place recently and had a lovely time. The house was very comfortable with great bedding and lots of extra blankets and pillows. There were nice amenities in the bathrooms and laundry and basics provided jn the kitchen. There is a Weber BBQ outside which we used and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans/air fryer/sandwich toaster etc. We couldn't work out exactly which garage we were able to use but it was easy enough to park on the street.
