Great place close to the beach

Good value for money, great location
Positive: Cannot beat the location. Just two doors up from the Coolum Surf Club and all of the shops. It's an older apartment with a plenty of room for two people, a very wel stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, air con and heating, great WiFi, very good smart TV, free parking spot on site, washer/dryer. Very nice arrival packet and gift cards. We have twice stayed there. Big frige, good kitchen. Love that there's a toilet and shower on the ground floor, especially handy when returning from the beach. This is in addition to a full bathroom upstairs. Lots of amneities and beach accessories. The furniture on the the balcony is very comfy.
Negative: The only thing the flat needs is new furniture on in the downstairs. Part of the couch is worn down and the dining set is uncomfortable. That said, if you're out a lot or if it's a shorter stay you won't care. The downstairs lighting also could use an update.

Beautiful property. Very modern, comfortable and spacious. Better in person than even the photos present. Fantastic location - walking distance from Palm Cove esplanade. We had an outstanding stay at The Pool House. The home is close to the beach and spotless, comfortable, and genuinely family‑friendly, stocked with plenty of kids’ toys and games. The pool‑and‑spa setup is resort‑caliber—easily one of the largest and nicest we’ve experienced in a private home, comparable to several top‑rated hotels. Libby (the property manager) and Taylor were polite, outgoing, and incredibly supportive, offering clear guidance on every amenity—especially the pool and spa, which are conveniently controlled through a digital app on the in‑home iPad. We left relaxed and impressed, and we plan to return next year on our usual trip to the area.

My guests and I had an amazing time at The Lookout and The Hideaway. The duplexes were spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Accessing the property was incredibly easy. Instead of keys, we were provided access codes, which made it convenient for everyone to come and go as they pleased – a real plus for a group of our size. The location is fantastic – you can walk to the beach directly through the back gate or take a short drive to explore other amazing beaches in the area.

The house was spacious and comfortable, and we felt at home for the entire week that we stayed. The gardens might not be everyone's cup of tea and aren't "useable" as such, but we found them to be amazing - especially when lit up at night. We'd gladly staying here again

Lovely well appointed and refurbished apartment in a convenient location. Nice views of the lake. Nice furnishings. Washer/dryer. Great wifi and tv. Reserved parking for the unit just outside the door.

The rooftop was beyond amazing. There were loads of really considered little touches, like board games and books. And the kitchen had everything.
Negative - The showers need to have better heads. But everything else was sensational.

Bethany Beach House is well located in Trinity Beach, a short walk to the beach and local shops, cafes and restaurants. With open spacious indoor and outdoor living areas and a pool, the house was able to comfortably accommodate our group of 11 people. (6 adults, 4 kids, 1 infant) The house was well equipped with everything you would need, even a trolley for taking gear to the beach. We would recommend it as a great place to stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at Jila in Broome! The property is absolutely beautiful – spacious, modern, and designed with so much attention to detail. Everything was spotless on arrival, and we instantly felt at home.
The outdoor area and pool were a highlight, perfect for relaxing during the warm afternoons. The location was also ideal – close enough to town and Cable Beach, yet peaceful and private.
Communication with the hosts was excellent, very responsive and welcoming!

Wow! This place was amazing, our stay wasn't long enough. Antje and her team were fantastic with communication leading up to and throughout our stay. We absolutely loved the pool and the location. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach, local cafes, bars and the playground. The houses was a home away from home and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay at Trinity Beach. We hope to be back one day!
