About Unit 2 ‘Coolum Terraces’

Spread over two levels, the ground floor layout includes an open plan design encompassing the kitchen, living and dining rooms with air-conditioned comfort. The contemporary kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, while the living and dining space includes a TV for holiday downtime and a dining nook bathed in sunlight from the large bay window overlooking the lawn area. There is also a bathroom with fully equipped laundry on the ground level. Relax indoors or take an easy stroll across the road to the restaurants and cafes along Coolum Esplanade or down to the patrolled beach and nearby rock pools for a day on the sand.

Upstairs has two queen sized bedrooms both with air-conditioning (cooling & heating), ceiling fans and built in robes and a bathroom. The master bedroom also has a TV and balcony access. Additional features of this fabulous holiday unit include timber look flooring and a single carport for guest use during your stay. Good value for money, great location Positive: Cannot beat the location. Just two doors up from the Coolum Surf Club and all of the shops. It's an older apartment with a plenty of room for two people, a very wel stocked kitchen, very comfy beds, air con and heating, great WiFi, very good smart TV, free parking spot on site, washer/dryer. Very nice arrival packet and gift cards. We have twice stayed there. Big frige, good kitchen. Love that there's a toilet and shower on the ground floor, especially handy when returning from the beach. This is in addition to a full bathroom upstairs. Lots of amneities and beach accessories. The furniture on the the balcony is very comfy. Negative: The only thing the flat needs is new furniture on in the downstairs. Part of the couch is worn down and the dining set is uncomfortable. That said, if you're out a lot or if it's a shorter stay you won't care. The downstairs lighting also could use an update.
