This property is a beautiful scandia style, 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom architecturally designed family home, set high in the treetops. You just have to see this property, to experience this tranquil coastal holiday home. Complete with a twist nature, located on the edge of beautiful parkland, on the edge of Tomaree National Park. The property, and everything surrounding it, exudes old world charm, character and luxury.

The backdrop of this property really is second to none, in this stunning, unique 3 storey, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, treehouse, The property is also pet-friendly to complete the package. You can bring your dog, the whole family, or come as a group of adult friends, this property really is perfect for everyone to enjoy. With the convenience of being less than 1.5km or a 15-minute walk into Nelson Bay's shops, boutiques, surf shops, cafes and restaurants, and no more than a 20-minute walk to Port Stephens' stunning beaches and the marina, it is one perfect coastal getaway.

Set over 3 levels, connected via a unique spiral staircase, straight through the centre of the property, just as you would find the perfect treehouse as a young child, this architecturally designed house embraces the outdoors, bringing the outside in, with walls of glass showcasing treetops on every side of the property. Encompassed by towering raked ceilings and scandia style wooden aesthetics, which compliments the external wooden natural surrounds, this property exudes beauty on all levels.

On the lower level you will find a second living room, complete with a fold out double sized bed, which opens out onto the huge wooden deck with dining, and seating for 8, plus gas bbq for your use during your stay. The perfect spot for entertaining as a group of 8. On this same level is a fully functional laundry complete with washer and dryer, large main, 3rd, bathroom. Additional to this is the second main bedroom with a queen bed, which provides private separate to the deck, plus third bedroom with 2 single beds, suitable for 2 Adults or children.

Stepping upstairs from this level to the middle floor, you will find the open plan fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area and airconditioned lounge room which oozes a bright and airy ambiance. The treetops can be seen and enjoyed from the kitchen through the lounge and beyond, eloquently framed through the glass walls surrounding the entire area. There is a small but cozy balcony off to the side of the lounge, perfect for intimate romantic alfresco dining, up in the treetops, whilst taking in the nature of the trees and overlooking the well-established gardens beneath.

Climbing up and beyond this level, you will find a second bathroom, and master bedroom, sitting on the top level on its own, set with a queen bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan, split system air-conditioning and a private ensuite bathroom. A third level wall of glass with an elevated vantage point at roof top level, looking out through the treetops offers a truly amazing yet relaxing place with tree top views second to none.

There is off street parking for 2 cars, fully fenced front and rear yards, and plenty of off-street parking for other vehicles.

Linen: For bookings made after March 18, 2024, linen will be provided.

All beds will be made ready for your stay, prior to arrival with quality linen,
including bath towels.

Conditions of Booking:
Please note that there is a steep spiral staircase through the middle of the property, which may not be suitable for infants, small children and pets.
Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
Please note this is a pet-friendly property, suitable for a small dog.
Please note that we do not facilitate group bookings, schoolies, or parties.

There is a refundable bond that is collected in the form of a pre-authorisation on your card, prior to check-in, and refunded within 14 days from departure after all damage checks are complete.
