The property boasts three bedrooms, including a downstairs room with a queen bed, and two upstairs bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a tri-bunk. With two bathrooms spread across both levels, convenience is paramount. Enjoy the morning sunshine in the enclosed front sunroom or revel in the spaciousness of the enclosed alfresco area. Occy's also offers modern amenities such as a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a Webber BBQ, enhancing your overall holiday experience.

Beyond its comfortable interior, Occy's offers practical features like a remote garage door and a lengthy driveway, perfect for boat or trailer parking. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the property's proximity to the Whale Watching Platform at Barry Park, providing an exciting whale-watching experience from May to October. Additionally, Occy's is within walking distance to the renowned Fingal Bay Beach and Fingal Bay Sports Club, ensuring that every aspect of your holiday is both delightful and convenient.

Please note this is not a pet-friendly property.

The guest will nominate the number and identity of guests (including providing each adult guest’s full name and mobile phone number) that will occupy the property and will not allow any other person to enter the property. Additional guests at the property will incur additional charges.

Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
