The Shoal Bay streets are lined with beach side restaurants, cafes, pubs, and clubs, (within a 5-minute walk to The Country Club in Shoal Bay), gift shops, convenience stores, Bbq and picnic areas galore, we guarantee that you won’t be disappointed!
There is so much to see and do, watch the sunset from the jetty, take a coastal walk around the scenic Tomaree Headlands, go surfing at one of the local surf beaches; Fingal Bay Beach, Zenith and Box Beach which are all within walking distance of Alma’s front door. The property is within a couple of minutes’ drive to Shoal Bay boat ramp or Little beach boat ramp, where you can launch your boat or jet ski safely. There’s a safe, off-road scenic cycleway that leads to Fingal Bay Beach and surf club, with a great children’s playground, or cycle in the other direction through shoal bay, to the shops that line the waterfront, cycling all the way to Nelson Bay. This property truly offers a complete beach holiday getaway.
