A stunning, contemporary kitchen overlooks the inground swimming pool and features a huge island benchtop with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances including 900mm wide oven and gas cooktop, stone benchtops, double door fridge/freezer and 8 seater dining table creating the heart of the home and the ideal spot to enjoy shared meals and family catch ups.

At the top of the feature timber staircase that showcases the Hampton design style, guests are accommodated in one of four bedrooms. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds , one bedroom with a king single and king single trundle. and the master retreat with queen bed, TV, walk in wardrobe and luxury ensuite. There is also a kids retreat family room with two X-Box controllers and a main bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet to complete the upstairs floorplan.

With air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, eye-catching timber look flooring, complimentary WIFI and smart TVs to enjoy your favourite streaming services, this home provides all the modern touches for the ultimate in vacation living. This is the third time we have rented a property through Belle. The property was well maintained and very clean . It is well situated close to dog beach at Stumners Creek and a short walk to Coles , shops and cafes . Would highly recommend this property and would stay there again .

We've just had our 3rd getaway at 11 Ann Street. It is a lovely spacious house and is really well set up with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect for us just being a short stroll up to Sturmers Creek and the dog friendly beach. We'll be booking 11 Ann Street again!!

The location of the property was perfect, close to the off leash dog beach and short walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants. The house was very spacious, plenty of room , exceptionally clean and well appointed. The pool was lovely with shade over it if required. We had a lovely week away here

Great location, close to the off-leash dog beach at Stummers Creek, and close to restaurants, cafes and shops. The house is very comfortable and spacious with great amenities, lots of cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils etc. Coffee pod machine with a frother. Nice Covered swimming pool as well which was wonderful as we had some hot sticky days but the cover is retractable if required. Nice outdoor covered area. Didn't use the BBQ but it was a good size. We had a very relaxing week here and will definitely be coming back

Great house for family. 3 living spaces. 3 toilets. Bright, modern clean. Small private pool. Good long lawn area for dogs and kids. Quieter residential area but could easily walk to restaurants and a big Cole’s supermarket. Only 10 minutes walk to beautiful beach that literally goes on for miles and miles! Good central location for all that Sunshine Coast and hinterlands offers! Highly recommend
