Cascading down a hill over three separate levels, this beach holiday rental consists of the Main House with 3 Bedrooms and balcony on the mid-level and a Suite with 1 Bedroom on the ground level. At the very top hidden from direct view and behind the Beach house is a private loft.
Within its tranquil confines, the Main House on the second level provides accommodation for up to 6 guests offering all the modern comforts such as air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, smart TV and Wifi. A washing machine, dryer and ironing amenities ensure your extended stays are free of any inconveniences. Enjoy rain showers in every bathroom.
The meticulously decorated bedrooms radiate warmth and relaxation, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration. There you will find comfortable beds with top quality mattresses and all natural fibre breathable linens and pillows including cotton, wool, linen, bamboo and ingeo corn. So those who are sensitive in body and the eco-conscious are covered for a restful sleep.
The master suite boasts ocean views, Queen bed and an enchanting ensuite bathroom. It has its own access to the balcony and twin relaxing chairs to enjoy a quiet drink. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a King Single bed and a Single bed. The main bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower and includes a bath where you can peacefully soak and relax.
The well-appointed kitchen caters to all your culinary desires with its cooking essentials and in-theme serving ware. It has a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and an oven. It is designed for leisurely meals with everything you need.
Embrace true indoor-outdoor coastal living as you open the timber bi-fold doors allowing you to spill out to the massive wrap-around balcony equipped with a large Weber gas BBQ, outdoor dining and couches all enveloped by soothing verdant greenery. Go for a rejuvenating dip or catch a wave at the surf patrolled beach. Grab a local coffee and wander along the boardwalk. Discover Coolum’s bays, savour the local cuisine, visit trendy beach shops and immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture. Chill with beach yoga, take a surf lesson or go for a long walk or run on the beach to Stumers Creek with your dog or just beach-comb all the way to Noosa Heads without a high rise in sight.
Venture out of Coolum Beach and discover walking tracks up Mt. Coolum, head to Buderim falls, or Kondalilla falls located in the national parks only a 45-50 minute inland drive, indulge in a game of golf, head to the famous Eumundi markets or the Bli Bli Waterpark. Coolum is centrally located to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Guest access:
Each of the two levels of the Beach House are very separate with private entries and car parks. You can choose to rent the Entire Property if you prefer to enjoy it totally to yourselves.
Only when the Entire house is rented under the same booking, can the Suite also be accessed from the main house.
There are external stairs on the eastern (left) side of the property that are shared with private guests residing at the very top of the property. These stairs can take you up to the back door of the Main house on the second level. You may prefer to use this entry/exit at times such as when you come back from the beach it leads directly to the laundry and bathroom on that level. Also, from the back door exiting the house it can sometimes be easier to take pets straight to the grassy area rather than down the internal stairs.
Parking:
Please note, there is a split steep driveway with signed designated parking. The Beach House has dual undercover parking (one car space each per level rented) right up to the house at the top of the main driveway. The lower car park belongs to the private loft.

Key collection is from Belle Property Escapes in Coolum Beach. Any after-hours key collection must be pre-arranged.
