We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance issues to our attention, and we'll be sure to address them promptly—specifically the back door, deck chair, light bulbs, and the kitchen sink plug. We understand your concerns about the value for the cost, particularly for the upcoming winter rates but as these are not set and may change as winter approaches. We had a lovely time at Magpies Nest. The location and internet are great, but for the cost, especially the rate for next winter, it is over-priced. A few things need fixing, including the back door, the one and only deck chair which is about to fall apart. Both dining room light bulbs need replacing. There was no plug for the kitchen sink. And if you are going to charge $900 per night, something more than wicker chairs for the lounge may be appropriate. We like it, but not at the new price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at magpies nest! Beds were comfy and there were lots of extra pillows, very easy access to village and stairs were definitely manageable. Very clean and had everything we need. Heating great and little creek outside was adorable.
