There is an outdoor shower for your convenience to rinse off after a surf or swim, and plenty of back yard space for your favorite summer game of cricket within the fully fenced back yard.
This is a large house suited to the extended family or two families or groups coming together to enjoy relaxation and time at the beach. Spanning two levels, downstairs has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living area, and kitchenette, plus a full kitchen, additional living space, three bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. At the rear of the property there is a great outdoor entertaining space for all the family to come together and enjoy a BBQ and a drink together and for the keen fisherman (or woman) there is plenty of room out front for a boat and trailer.
Simply and comfortably furnished this spacious beach house has quiet spaces, inside and out, for reading or an afternoon nap, as well as great communal areas with a sunny backyard and a beautiful, shaded veranda at the front of the property, with plenty of room to relax whilst overlooking the park across the road and beach beyond.
A short walk away you will find Saltwater restaurant a great place to enjoy afternoon cocktails with the girls watching a beautiful sunset over the beach or enjoy an early dinner with the kids while mum and dad soak in the view. Grab a morning coffee from Long Boat Café less than 200m away and plan your day, perhaps a round of golf at one of the courses nearby or some deep-sea fishing, whatever you choose, Oceans 22 is perfectly positioned to make the most of your time in this blue water paradise.

Oceans 22 is perfectly positioned to make the most of your time by sand and sea. Less than a kilometre is the friendly shopping precinct, Market Street, Fingal. Great for last minute groceries, cafés and the lovely Italian inspired Cellar Café great for casual alfresco dining. For the more active, Oceans 22 is set directly opposite Fingal cycle track that links to the awesome Coastal Track beginning at Barry Park and takes you all the way along superb coastal vistas to Anna Bay, with plenty of opportunities for safe snorkeling along the way.
Less than 3km away is the beautiful seaside town of Shoal Bay boasting many more great cafes, bars and restaurants. You can enjoy a swim in the crystal calm waters of the bay or head over the Shoal Bay Country Club for a Mediterranean inspired lunch. There is plenty to do in Shoal Bay including, hiring a Stand-up Paddle Board, a Kayak or hire a boat, or take a dolphin/whale watch cruise from the Nelson Bay Marina, whatever you choose, Oceans 22 is perfectly positioned to make the most of your time in this blue water vacation paradise.

Conditions of Booking
Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
Please note this is a non-pet-friendly property.

There is a refundable bond of $500, that is collected in the form of a pre-authorisation on your card, prior to check-in, and refunded within 14 days from departure after all damage checks are complete.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
