Welcome to Fingal Shoreline Oasis, a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom family-sized holiday home, complete with air conditioning and an inground pool. Based in the heart of Fingal Bay, within less than 1klm of the shoreline at Fingal Bay Beach in Port Stephens. Bring the family or have an adult getaway, this property is perfect for all ages and compositions.

Set for 10 Guests in total. There is room for 2 families to stay, or perfect for a few couple's getaway.

Each bedroom is set with Queen sized bed, ceiling fan and built ins. The main bedroom has a fully renovated ensuite and the main bathroom has a separate toilet, shower and powder room, also fully renovated.

There are 2 lounge areas and ample seating in the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Sit back in the beautifully landscaped rear yard with an afternoon beverage, enjoy a group bbq breakfast, lunch or dinner together under the rear pergola, or enjoy a formal Christmas dinner together in the open plan kitchen/dining area.

This property provides plenty of room for the boat, jet ski and other beach toys, there is a double car garage which is unavailable for use during your stay however there is plenty of undercover carport space for your use and driveway parking. The rear yard is fully enclosed for safety and security, with a large entertaining area with table and chairs, BBQ facilities and more to sit back and relax around the barbie on a warm summers' night.

There is a formal lounge, at the front of the property, plus additional kids lounge at the rear. Set with air conditioning, and ceiling fans for those hot summer nights and heating for the wintertime. Complimented by a large Smart TV, complete with the free Wi-Fi on offer, you can watch your favourite Netflix series, or sit back and watch the footy or the cricket on TV, whilst sipping your favourite drink.

There is a large kitchen complete with all essentials, open plan, fully equipped with all cooking facilities, microwave oven, full size fridge as well as glassware, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. A breakfast bar is complete with bar stools, for additional seating for mealtime.

There is a fully functional laundry with washing machine and dryer and a large clothesline in the rear yard to hang the swimmers and towels to dry ready for the next day. Porta cot and highchair are also provided.

This property is surrounded by beaches galore, including swimming and surf beaches, you are within walking distance (500m to Fingal Bay surf/swimming beach, and within 2 kms of iconic surf beaches, including Wreck beach, Zenith beach and box beach, and the infamous swimming beaches such as Shoal Bay beach and beyond. For the perfect beach/coastal getaway, you will not be disappointed.

There is so much to see and do in this location, from taking a walk across the iconic Fingal Surf beach, to the spit, visiting the historic lighthouse on the edge of the aqua blue ocean waters, explore other equally impressive areas surrounded by the tropical waters around the peninsula, such as Birubi beach sand dunes, camel rides and quad rides, take a fishing rod to one of the many fishing hot spots, a walk along one of the many coastal walking tracks, or for the more adventurous of you, taking an iconic walk up the Tomaree headlands, all within a 2-10 minute drive from the front door.

For the more adventurous of you, taking advantage of a whale and dolphin watch cruise, departing from the D'Albora marina in Nelson Bay, hire a jet ski, surf kayak or SUP board, or simply bring your own.

Additional charges may apply if the property is not left in a reasonable condition upon departure. This may include, but is not limited to, items such as a dirty BBQ, excessive rubbish, or extra cleaning required.

Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.

Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.

Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.

Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
