Spread across three separate dwellings, the estate features a total of four bedrooms, three full kitchens, four outdoor entertaining areas, and thoughtful extras like a fire pit, EV charging station, and outdoor shower. It’s a destination designed for relaxed living, with polished touches like air conditioning, fast internet, and quality linen throughout. By day, explore the lake or laze by the lake. At night, solar-lit gardens set the mood for laid-back evenings with food, wine, and good company.

House Rules
This is a strictly NO-SMOKING property.

No pets are permitted in order to protect the Black Swans and Pelicans, and other wildlife around the lake.

All linens and towels (except beach towels) are provided,

Restricted mobility access - this property is accessed via a downhill stepping stone path, with internal access up a series of stairs.

Please also note that this property does not contain a bathtub.

Age limits please note we are unable to accommodate ‘schoolies’ or booking where guests are all under the age of 25.

No parties or events as we are situated in a residential building. Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.

Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.

Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.

Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.

Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
