Coast@Bonnells includes 3 luxurious self-contained accommodations, which blur the line between coastal retreat & luxury hotel villa. A laid-back-lux lake house, with private jetty & boat ramp. The cottage is divided into two self-contained levels, plus a separate freestanding Boathouse, enabling groups of friends or family to stay in the same place, with the convenience of your own private spaces.

COAST@Bonnells is a unique, laid-back-lux, absolute waterfront, premium property that you simply won't find anywhere else in Lake Macquarie.

The property includes three self-contained accommodations (apartments), which we call:

• The Cottage (2 bedrooms)
• The Hideaway (1 bedroom)
• The Boathouse (1 bedroom).

Beautifully designed in a lush, waters-edge setting, COAST@Bonnells offers complete comfort and luxury for a sublime escape.

With 3 light-filled self-contained spaces, all with direct water views, you can stay close to friends and loved ones, but with the added convenience of your own private spaces to retreat to, when desired.

Lovingly renovated, this sometimes quirky space, was once one of the original farmers cottages on the Bonnells Bay peninsula. With lush gardens, that come alive at night, with pretty solar lights sprinkled throughout, this is the perfect oasis to kick off your shoes and let any of life's worries float away.

The property offers a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 full kitchens, 3 bathrooms (plus an additional powder room), 4 separate outdoor entertainment areas, BBQ, Fire Pit with seating, outdoor hot & cold shower, private jetty and (shared) boat ramp.

All linens and towels (except beach towels) are provided, as well as kitchen accouterments including crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils, saucepans etc.

The property is air conditioned throughout and boasts broadband internet from corner to corner.

Off-street parking is available for up to 4 cars. A Tesla/EV Charging station is also available on-sites.

Linen: All beds are made ready for your stay, prior to arrival with quality linen, including bath towels.

Conditions of Booking:
Please note that this is not a pet-friendly property.

The guest will nominate the number and identity of guests (including providing each adult guest’s full name and mobile phone number) that will occupy the property and will not allow any other person to enter the property. Additional guests at the property will incur additional charges.

Please note that this is a Holiday Accommodation that is not serviced. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.

Please note that we do not facilitate group bookings, schoolies, or parties.

Critical Notice - Guest Registration and Identification prior to your arrival, it is imperative that all guests at Belle Property Escapes fulfil the requirement of completing and digitally signing a guest registration form. This process encompasses an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport. Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is obligated to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete. Upon the confirmation of your booking, we will promptly request your information to facilitate the timely dispatch of your personalized online registration link.
