Unit 2 ‘Marcoola Sands’.

Great location. Very quiet. We loved having access to the bodyboards and bikes (with helmets) Nice outdoor seating area to relax, read your book and have a cuppa. Would recommend for families, maybe with older children because of the stairs. Overall, very happy with the accommodation, would recommend to others and would stay here again. I can't fault the communication and support from Belle. Lovely people, easy to work with and so kind. Thanks for everything.

"As a family across 3 generations with a 6month old baby, this was an ideal location in a very peaceful setting. Actually the facilities were better than described with bikes, scooters etc available to use at no extra charge. With the exception of the dirty bbq (which we therefore did not want to use) and which I reported separately, the description was accurate and we would be happy to recommend this rental property."

"Our 4-person family stayed here for 8 days in Jan 2024. The odd layout (over 3 levels) meant we enjoyed the challenge of constantly climbing the stairs. We are grateful to leave the holiday fitter than when we started it. With plentiful but low quality utensils and low-grade appliances, our stay was comfortable enough (once we figured out how to minimise the flow of water from out from under the shower doors). We also practised our family communication skills with the bathroom door that couldn't close properly. The apartment has poor orientation towards natural light, but was quiet with no noise from the street or our next door neighbours (but the apartment across the fence is mere metres away when you sit outside to eat on level 2). The bikes in the shed are brilliant and we had a blast on the cycleways. They are a great asset - thank you! The beach is amazing and is a 90-second walk away to endless golden sand and tumbling waves

Great place to stay with the kids, very relaxing holiday. Belle property were Amazing to assist when the wifi went out and when I mixed up our check out dates. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing unit in excellent condition and very clean. Very comfortable and well equiped. Loved the location close to the beach and a coffee shop but quiet and away from the crowds.

Picking up the key in Coolum and getting a park after traveling I’ll day was a bit of a bummer. As we were traveling with a 2 year old baby gates would have been handy. Linen could have been of a higher quality. But over all we loved the decor plants and the balcony area was lovely to sit with a coffee or wine"

We had the best family holiday in Marcoola. Beautiful quiet spot, stone throw from the beach and only a short drive from a bit more hustle and bustle. We had some dramas with our fridge but Emily was extremely helpful and got it sorted for us without any problems (on a Sunday!). Would 100% recommend!
