The Suite has one bedroom that offers either a massive King bed or can be split into 2 Long Single beds. Fully self-contained with a combined lounge/kitchen/laundry area that includes a Double Sofa bed. The main bathroom has ample room with a walk in rain shower.
The Suite also has modern appliances, air conditioning, smart TV, washer/dryer combo with access to a clothes line at the west side of the house. If you do need to cook, the compact kitchen offers a conventional microwave and other cooking and serving ware to allow you to be self-sufficient.
Please note, there is a split steep driveway with designated parking. The Beach House Suite offers dual undercover parking right up to the house at the top of the main drive. Please don’t park in the lower car park. The suite access is shared with the main house.

Go for a rejuvenating dip or catch a wave at the surf patrolled beach. Grab a local coffee and wander along the boardwalk. Discover Coolum’s bays, savour the local cuisine, visit trendy beach shops and immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture. Chill with beach yoga, take a surf lesson or go for a long walk or run on the beach to Stumers Creek with your dog or just beach-comb without a high rise in sight.
Venture out of Coolum Beach and discover walking tracks up Mt. Coolum, head to Buderim falls, or Kondalilla falls located in the national parks only a 45-50 minute inland drive, indulge in a game of golf, head to the famous Eumundi markets, Bli Bli Waterpark. Coolum is centrally located to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
This property is situated on a hill where there is a multi-complex, there is a private residence on the very top floor, the middle residence can be holiday let at the same time as the bottom complex or just the SUITE by itself for a convenient holiday location, or at separate times.
