Spread across two spacious levels, this beach house is set amongst tropical gardens on the edge of Stumers Creek, just a short walk from the beach, shops and park. With its own private jetty for catching mud crabs and Mangrove Jacks, a fully fenced back yard to keep pets and children secure and an inground swimming pool, this is a perfect vacation home for everyone.

Guests are welcome to bring their pets (for an extra fee), and can enjoy relaxing on one of two decks overlooking the swimming pool and garden or make use of the BBQ and prepare a meal to share with family and friends.

Upstairs - The upper level of the house has a kitchen with modern appliances, large fridge/freezer and breakfast bar, the main living room with leather lounge suite and LCD TV as well as a dining area to seat up to eight people. The master bedroom with ensuite is on this level.

Downstairs, guests can relax in the rumpus room furnished with a 3 seater lounge and LCD TV, while the main bathroom as well as the second and third bedroom are located on this level. Both bedrooms are fitted with queen beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans. 
Additional features of this property include car parking for two vehicles, laundry and the close proximity to the Stumers Creek dog beach. Just a short walk from Coolum's main esplanade, this home is perfect for anyone looking for a tranquil beachside escape with conveniences at your fingertips.

Beautiful location and property Pool was AMAZING Jetty out the back was also amazing House was huge and lots of space for everyone to be comfortable Property location was great, we went for early morning walks every morning nice and close to everything we needed We had issues with the tv the first couple of nights / also both tv werent smart tvs - we had to waste time and money to go and buy the goggle chrome to watch streaming services The showers were not great , low water presure made it hard to wash my hair The biggest thing that we didnt like as a whole was the property owner had 2 kyacks in the garage that our teens were excited for then found out they had a sign saying owners use only and they were locked up! I think if they were not for guests to use they shouldnt have been there, we had to spend $400 to hire kyacks bacause the kids seen them and wanted to kyack ( this wouldnt have been an issue if they werent there to begin with ) Overall nice property, had a nice tiime Property managers were amazing easy to deal with

Short walk to Coolum dog beach and easy walk to Coolum main beach, lovely verandas, creek vista and pool. Great for teens downstairs and parents upstairs.

Good communication from Belle Properties. The accommodation was good. Pets were welcome. It backs onto the creek which was lovely. The area was nice and quiet and there was plenty of room.

Fantastic location within walking distance from all Coolum Beach amenities and THE best dog beach within minutes from the house. It was pretty hot when we were there so the ability to do 6am morning walkies into town for coffee, then walk back along the beach, most of it off leash, was definitely the highlight for us and our pooches. House is very nice, has excellent air con and everything we needed inside. Pool is divine and a must have in the heat. One glaring omission is the lack of any sort of sun lounge or bed or chair. There is only wooden outdoor furniture. We had the car, so went to Bunnings and got a foldable lounge chair. Kitchen is upstairs while balcony with most outdoor furniture and pool is downstairs. BBQ upstairs. Stairs are somewhat narrow and steep, so our older dog had to live downstairs. TVs are old - did not matter to us though. Missed instructions on how to use dishwasher. Would definitely come back: location location location!

Lovely 2 story home with creek at back of property, close to everything. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bedding. 4 x star for all I will certainly be back
