The Primary bedroom is a King bed with an ensuite, second bedroom provides a Queen, and the third bedroom is a tri bunk with double base. Each room is a sanctuary of relaxation, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready to explore the beauty of the Sunshine Coast. For added convenience, an upstairs media room features 2 single beds with pull-out trundles, perfect for extra guests. Just let us know if you need the trundles set up, and we'll take care of it.

This is a fantastic place to stay with a large group of. There were 10 of us- 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room and plenty of kitchen utensils. Nice quiet area, no traffic noise. Close to beach and coffee shops. Highly recommend as a holiday destination

We stayed at 36 Petrie Avenue, Marcoola, Sunshine Coast, for 4 nights. It was such an overdue break. My daughter has four children under 4. So was so looking forward to a break away. It was the best time, so close to everything. Beach, Parks, restaurants, Cafe bars.  There was 8 of us in total, 4 adults & 4 children, It was very spacious, child friendly. Very clean. Closed in garden (great for the smallies!) All amenities available. We couldn't have asked or looked for anything better. It truely was fantasic. Looking forward to another break there in 2025.

We had a lovely week at 36 Petrie Ave. The house was beautifully presented and had everything and more that you need for a comfortable stay. It was a 2 mins walk to the beach and waking up to the sounds of the waves was a treat. There was also a brilliant cafe/coffee shop, convenience store and surf club within walking distance which meant we didn’t need to get in the car at all. The Friday Marcoola Food market was great also. It was perfect and we can’t wait to stay again soon.
